  1. AFAIK that should not be a problem to use 18" on your car. The MY98 VT version swapped to 18" too. Just make sure you use 235 front tires.
  2. Nice! What is the VIN of your car? must be JLA12xxx.
  3. Can you share the VIN of your car? I think its not XLA12262 right?
  4. Not sure if you know that, but during MY99 Diablo production (from XLA12200 // engine number 2219) they changed something on the airintake and engine heads. Maybe your mechanic had troubles because of this reason. https://www.bullstuff.com/lamborghini-parts...wd-usa/11.01.00 https://www.bullstuff.com/lamborghini-parts...wd-usa/11.01.01 https://www.bullstuff.com/lamborghini-parts...wd-usa/11.02.00 https://www.bullstuff.com/lamborghini-parts...wd-usa/11.02.01 https://www.bullstuff.com/lamborghini-parts...wd-usa/11.03.00 https://www.bullstuff.com/lamborghini-parts...wd-usa/11.03.02 https://www.bullstuff.com/lamborghini-parts...wd-usa/11.04.00 https://www.bullstuff.com/lamborghini-parts...wd-usa/11.04.02
  5. I hardly doubt that this car has a SVR engine. From MY98 they started with the Valve timing management engines, so why should they put old engines in a MY99? Also XLA12262 has a VTM engine, see attached. It´s one of many myths which people and owners excogitate to make their cars more valuable... Btw i own Lamborghini Diablo SV MY99 too, one of the earliest MY99 SV exists.
  6. Your car in european glory! I would prefer that spec. Regards Leo
  7. Roy offered a SE30 wheels set in the last months. If you have luck it´s still available. Regards, Leo
  8. I have also a 99 SV. Where are you from?
  9. First zinc plating and than powder coating is the best solution imo. You will never have rust problems!
  10. Looks like Strosek wheels. I´m not sure but i think the car is still in Germany but repainted in original black color. If someone has pictures with the interior it would confirm my guess.
  11. The "OZ Racing" decals for the Diablo wheels are also available. As you can see i reproduced alot so if anybody need some let me know. Also the door stop decals are available thru me. They are simliar as possible to the originals! I´m perfectionist and can´t see a difference. Regards Leo

  13. Thanks for your help! I will think about it... sounds like a lot of work!
  14. On IAA Frankfurt i had a conversation with a guy from Lamborghini. He told me you can order without SV stickers, with SV stickers (decal) or SV logo painted and later with clear coat. But with SV logo painted you have always a problem if you want to repaint your fenders because of scratches or any other damage. I would go with SV stickers in black for light colours and for dark colours silver stickers. But a dark grey SV and orange or yellow stickers would look also nice Regards, Leo
  15. Do you have maybe pictures from the removal?
  16. Thanks Geno for the advice! But i will get the shrouds out of the car where the rear grills left and right are stitting normally? (where the fans are sitting) Not thru the engine bay right? because there are some frame panels. Sounds like a lot of work.... Regards, Leo
  17. Great David, hope my pictures helped a bit. Which rivets do you used for the undertray panels? From factory these are black alloy/steel or black plastic rivets... Funny is we can´t find them in the parts manual.
