  1. Glad to see someone is making some progress! Keep it up! My CB450 cafe build has stalled. Have a pile of parts sitting in the garage but not the hours in the day.

    Furious 7

+1 Ended up seeing it twice this weekend. (2 Different Groups of Friends). That ending...so sad but what a great tribute.
  3. I'm hoping they'll have it on hand for the Super Trofeo race at VIR this weekend. Can't wait to see this beast in person!
  4. Car looks amazing. I'm hoping the HSL borrows a lot of the styling.
  5. These transmissions are loud by nature but the rattling you hear in the video is the reverse handle seen at the bottom of the shift knob. Lou installed it in his ZO6 in a hurry. It wouldn't normally make that noise.
  6. I thought it was 28Xmph by the Performance Power/Johnny Bohmer Ford GT? http://www.performancepowerracing.com/port...ph-ppr-badd-gt/ I wonder what that car ran in the 1/2....
  7. In no particular order: Game of Thrones The Americans The Walking Dead Californication Archer British Top Gear (duh)

    Raid 2

Hopefully seeing this one this weekend. I really enjoyed The Raid: Redemption. Definitely worth a watch.
  9. Looks like you can just see the tail lights peaking through the fat suit/camo...
  10. Sorry, straight off the camera. They resize just fine on my screen. I'm not sure if the rear would look better painted body color or maybe just go with black. Hmmmmmm....
  11. SPOILER ALERT BELOW The visuals were excellent. Gravity made me feel like I was in space but I hate Sandra Bullock. The fact that they killed off George Clooney so early was depressing because I'm not a fan of single character movies, especially not with Sandra Bullock. It was her typical role though, thrust into a situation where she is under-qualified and unfamiliar. I'd like to see a montage of how many times Sandra Bullock will repeat a phrase or word 3 times in frustration in all of her movies. Having seen Rush the week before, this was a big disappointment especially with all the hype.
  12. I agree but I'm still on the fence about the tail lights. They definitely look better in person though.
  13. Saw a C7 parked next to a ZR1 at the Corvette booth at the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo/ALMS race this past weekend at VIR. Snapped a few pics on my way between turns (I managed to get a media pass for the day).
  14. Saw it tonight with a couple friends. Really enjoyed it!
  15. Video of the crash: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=playe...p;v=hmTP4xUTqCM
  16. I EDC a Kershaw Leek 1660. Love the SpeedSafe and it's plenty sharp out of the box.

    Oblivion.

Saw it last week. It's visually pleasing and has a decent plot although it borrows many ideas from other sci-fi flicks. Tom Cruise is a great actor even though I'm not a fan of him off camera. I liked the other casting as well. I enjoyed it and definitely don't regret going to see it. One of my friends described it as a sci-fi movie for someone who doesn't necessarily like sci-fi. I think that describes it well. Mainstreamed but with elements from other monumental films. TL;DR - Go see it, it's a good way to spend 2 hours. I give it a 7/10.
