They’d be crazy to give up their positioning as the only NA offering in the segment. As discussed before, electrification is the way to do it. Like Porsche, they have carved out a sweet spot for themselves that doesn’t require being the absolute fastest or you lose. That tidbit about single clutch in the next Aventador shocks me and must scare the hell out of most.

Good info. I wonder what the mph difference really is since you give up 500hp but do get to push through the thinner air. Lots of variables but curious if you have run the same setup at sea level and if so, what the terminal speed differences are.

It’s a bummer when you are to the point that everything is working perfectly and all you need is a little more boost but your turbos get altitude sickness

I think that’s probably the best way to look at it. I believe you need to take your cars to a controlled environment before unleashing your lackluster skills on the general population. I always take new cars to Sebring, it’s a great place to learn a new car.

720 is the PERFECT car to rent. Enjoy the speed, get it out of your system and then return it. At $1000 an hour it saves 10x in depreciation.
