I just want to clarify few things for all interested.

 

All the information relevant to this trip is public knowledge but what we are organising ourselves is private.

 

We are all anonymous online but to a certain extent we all know each other or of each other behind the scenes.

 

In order for us to send across to you sensitive information pertaining all our movements while overseas we have to feel very comfortable with you first.

 

I will ask few questions if the interested party is ok with answering them I will forward info if not maybe they can get a reference from a trusted member and we will be good to

Scud I know you are struggling to find what to buy for my birthday, why would I pull out when you will be paying for it

I just had confirmation from the rental company that supplied us the quote that I've PM'ed to all interested that they have 6 cars available.

 

They will send me a breakdown on what they are, I will post it here when I get it.

 

Unfortunately no other rental company replied to my requests for quotations, some people wonder why their businesses are going bad.

Fortis - are you creating a separate event or something?

Not a separate event unless anyone is willing to do a bit of a cruise around Europe before or after the event which I am definetly up for.

 

Just a bit of homework

 

I was looking into car rental opportunities and accommodation in case the options made available by Lamborghini weren't suitable.

 

I've got 6 Lambos available with a rental company if we decide to take advantage of their offer, I am sure that the closer we will get to the event the harder it will be to secure rentals, without a Lambo you can't participate.

Hotel tip

 

Here is a nice small family owned hotel in San Giovanni in Persiceto.

 

 

* Max 10 minutes away from the factory ( around 9 km) on nice country roads, suitable for racing with a Lambo.

 

* It is also only 10 minutes from Bologna “Guglielmo Marconi” International Airport.

 

* 15 minutes from Bologna Station. 5 minutes from San Giovanni in Persiceto Station.

 

 

Don't expect a 5 star luxery hotel, but a charming medium size hotel with friendly and nice service.

Hotel has a big parking place in the front, BUT the real scoop is that they have a small "secret" safe

parking inside the hotel with a closed gate.
