patbarrett Report post Posted September 13, 2015 Been paying more attention to my surroundings on I-10 and the most scary thing is seeing so many people completely engrossed in their cell phone while driving. Aside from that, there is a noticeable increase in police presence on the freeways in downtown Phoenix and I don't know anybody that is actually avoiding the roadways because of the shooter.
