Customers and friends still being harassed by T1 Race development and fan boys. You be the judge. You have seen our video and the bad video from the front/side angular video way off in the grass that gives a very misleading perception of actually what happened. First it was we were lying and there was no one that told Ross to set the PACE from the (left lane) and then we bust them on video, and now they claim Ross Regan Fowler left on Red and to make it better they act as if the video was edited to change the perception on the light and takeoff. Well below is my last statement to the competitor that fell a sleep on the light and left near 1 FULL second after (Ross) in the Lambo that cut a PERFECT light on the green/yellow (legal) GO light!

Tony Palo A lot of speculation still coming from you and your side. Now conspiracy theory's on editing. That race was in spec. It looks bad because you were looking out of your LEFT window instead of looking at the green light. Ross cut a perfect light and left you sitting still at the line. You are a tuner, and know now by the video the (green) car was on antilag but you refuse to admit that it does put the car in a stall as far as speed goes. If you would have simply been looking at the LIGHT and NOT the Lambo you would have cut a decent light that I know you can cut and it would have been a close race or a win for you, that's a FACT. Stop the BS man. All your doing is continuing to cry about this when its not going to change anything at this point. Next time keep your eyes on the LIGHTS and you wont end up chasing tail lights. Even your employee Stuart admitted on IM the start was *quote*"way closer than i thought it was though, for sure"

 

You can keep denying what you know to be true and the guys that represent your company that work for you can keep calling foul and calling our customers FAGGOTS and more like we videoed (in front of children) as to why one of your was later thrown out by the COPS. So let it go, Its not going to change anything. Move on. Thanks.

 

Then he replies with his conspiracy theory's and claims the video from the one below (hi-tech corvette) has been changed.

Here is the video you speak of, SAME THING @ aprox .08 of the video. I feel sorry for you man. You think someone would be DUMB enough to change a video where there is one to compare it to that has already been posted by Hi-tech? smh man. Click on HD and SLOW the speed down enough where you can still hear the sound coming from the green car

 

 

*NOTE when you see smoke coming from exhaust its when car goes into antilag (its in a stall speed). That's how we spool the turbos before takeoff. When you hear the car stopping is when it goes right at green/yellow

I have not followed all the drama on FB or any other social media. I watched the side view video and thought... Damn, Ross did get a jump.

 

But then I realized that I didn't see the light. I just assumed that because the GTR was not taking off, that it had to be a jump. I then watched the video that UR made, and saw the lights etc and realized that it was a clean run.

 

The UR video also does a great job of hearing Amir explain to Ross, that the GTR will pace him... That didn't happen. So, right there it hurts the credibility from camp GTR. Unless both parties were not informed of the instruction to have the GTR pace Ross.

 

( Side Note ) with Ross getting into this set up for the first time, a Tilton clutch can be a bit of a challenge. So the fact that he is nervous and learning that setup makes perfect sense. I know first hand how that clutch setup feels...

 

When you win, you win. And if you lose, take it like a man...

 

Again, I have not read up on social media and the slamming that is mentioned... However, if a tuner ( The owner of the shop at that ) is making digs and slamming a customer of another shop. That is just not how business gets done. I have always respected the T1 cars. And 230 is no joke. That car was fast...

 

But if you mess up at a light. Just say you messed up. We are all human. We all make mistakes.... Making excuses is lame. Just come back faster next year and go after the title.

 

I also think that if TSS gets involved and makes statements, it makes me not want to attend such an event. As they set the rules and it can all be heard on audio. To make statements about what took place, and people that attended is poor business in my opinion.

 

Ok... I feel better.

I have no idea how these races work nor what the rules are but to me as a complete bystander it’s very simple:

 

That GTR isn’t a street car and by definition it can’t be King of the street end of story, try again with a street car.

I am with Fortis on what IMHO King of the Street should be.

 

The GTR and cars of similar ilk, fine and fast machines that they are, and all credit to their builders and tuners, should run in a separate Unlimited Modifications Class for a King of the Track title, not King of the Street.

 

I have never seen a drag chute on a street car or turbo exhausts coming out of the hood! Admittedly the front mounted turbo exhausts would look impressive at night on the street and useful for toasting marshmallows, until the local constabulary pulled you over and handed you the defect notice/ticket to remove the car from the street.
