I was contacted by the owner who has had it since 1993.

He said "I know what it's worth, I don't want to deal with jackoffs trying to sell it so make me an offer"

And dat's dat.

It runs well so I'll play with it a while.

Thanks and no clue on the bumpers.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that's the kind of bumper that started life as the dual shoe-box style. People were having the boxes shaved off and bodied over (along with the license plate dip).
