  1. Mine does the same thing. I believe it is something in the factory control system. May be a reference to speed. It would make a lot of sense if the factory designed the AC system to work this way. Possibly trying to reduce demand on the AC system at low vehicle speeds in order to not over tax the condenser and start blowing hot air (sense there is less airflow blowing across the condenser at low vehicle speed). This is just a theory of mine but in any case the system works very well even in very hot temps here in Texas!
  2. The tune might be ok, but the car may not have been tuned to compensate for boost creep in varying conditions or very cold weather... Is this car using a AEM or Motec?
  3. If you are using that much oil, it is most likely from torched ring lands and literally blowing oil into the combustion chamber. The first time you pulled the plugs and they looked like that, I would be pulling the engine. When the tips of the plugs come off like that, most of the time it bounces around and will damage the valves, pistons, and sometimes the cylinder walls from the debris. Especially the porcelain pieces. That stuff does NOT burn so it gets thrown around. The more you drive it, the worse the damage will be. Stick a boroscope down the spark plug holes if you doubt this. I'm guessing that this was the second forged engine?
  4. Wow cool video, thanks for sharing!
  5. Wow, that's crazy. Glad you got it fixed cheap!
  6. Is the CarbonTek wing identical to the Superlegerra wing? Or is it different?
