Lambo Owner Only Section

I think with the whole forum being viewable by everyone it would be nice to have a more private section. I think a Lambo Owner/Long Term Contributor only section would be great. Sometimes there are things you like to share whether it's a new project you are working on or a business opportunity that you don't want visible to the general public. It seems like it would be a fairly simply task to add a new section and just restrict access to lambo/multi lambo group, and possibly add a new group for long term contributing members and add those as well.

 

Anyways just a suggestion.

I like the idea too. It would be a nice addition to LP.

i would be down for that as long as it's not a revenue generation scheme. Another forum has it but only for paying sponsors. I have a philosophical issue with that. I rather see it available based on ownership status.

Agreed. Fortis is referring to an Aussie forum where we have a 'carbon' section which you can only join if you have physically met someone from the forum. It ensures no prying people and only those of us who are the primary contributors/group can share info privately.

It doesn't have to stay that way, i'm sure the terms of access could be adapted if they wanted it. Lots of people here that are solid contributors aren't current lambo owners (Hannibal for instance), so restricting based on that criteria alone seems limiting.
