  1. Thanks once again Glen you've been a great help and cannot recommend this clutch enough, it feels so much better than OEM in my opinion.
  2. I would like to thank Glen @ AMH/ECT for providing me with both advise and a prompt service, since i was in need of a complete clutch kit for my manual Non LP Gallardo. I was advised on the ECT kevlar/Ceramic version, since it lasts up to x3 longer and being able to handle big power, whilst having an OEM feel. I have only put approx 300 miles on the new clutch since i picked my car up yesterday and i have to say, the gear changes are so much smoother than before, and the feel of the clutch peddle is nice and light. Highly recommend this cultch and look forward to putting the power down once the soft run in period is over :-) Dan
  3. Hi All, Does any have any links or pictures for Fitment of CF (SL) rear diffuser and side Skirts for the Pre Lp cars. Regards, Dan
  4. Most people struggle to get say 400hp assuming thats WHP. Question, the standard 2004 car was 494hp or there about, therefore what is the transmission loss. 400WHP car tuned = what HP rating at the flywheel. Where does the factory get the 494hp and 520hp for the later car figures from ?
  5. Hi Norcal2, Will be interesting to see what results mine gets when i have all the below mods and ECU map done. would be happy with 40-50 WHP, as i am sure i would notice the difference. Current Mods Titanium Cat Bypass Tubi Exhaust Engine Carbon Clean Future Mods Whiteouts Air Intake system Full ECU Tune at DMS in the UK, although there below response is very optimistic. however we will see in due course. Believe UK measures at the Flywheel not wheels Hi Dan, I have been chatting to the tech team who have advised that on the early 2005 car we would hit 600bhp With no cats and increased intake we are able to take it really quite far. What is the mileage is the car? Kind regards Tony
  6. Would that be 40-50WHP or Flywheel, as i believe in the UK they seem to use Flywheel HP unsure what the loss in transmission actually is tho TBH.
  7. Hi All, I am sure this question has been asked a million and one times, but what is the maximum gains obtained without actually supercharging or Twin turbos. Reason for asking, some tuning companies I've spoken to in the uk recon that with the listed mods below, they expect a pre LP i.e. (496HP) car to achieve in the area of 600hp and 450+ IB.FT approx, which from what I've read is massive and completely unheard of. I'm assuming they are giving figures for later car like an LP560 after tuning or something, however this isn't my area of expertise. I am sure someone has experience in maximum gains on a NA Gallardo ever achieved. Mods List for Example Tubi after market exhaust HP ????? Aftermarket Air intake HP 20 or more approx De Cat HP ???? ECU full tune 20-30Hp gain normally Regards, Dan
  8. Hi Whiteout, They look great Does the arch wheel liners need to be modified in anyway to make them fit, or are they completely hidden like the original. Regards, Dan
  9. Hi Whiteout, With the filters being a decent size, do the arch wheel liners need to be modified in anyway to make them fit, or are they completely hidden like the original. Look forward to seeing the wrinkle finished versions, and can this mod be used as a direct replacement or is a road tune on the dyno required. Regards, Dan
  10. Update. ECT Kelvar/Ceramic clutch, Flywheel and TOB arrived and will be fitted why I'm away, so will post pictures of the install once I've received them. Thanks once again Glen at AMH for the service you've provided so far, its been completely stress free, just cannot wait to have the car back in one piece now. Titanium De cat Test pipes to be fitted at the same time as the clutch Regards Dan
  11. Looks great with nice results, well done Maybe a next future purchase, they will look nice painted in the wrinkle finish. Did the car have any other mods i.e. exhaust system, de cat pipes etc. Best Regards Dan
  12. Hi, I had this same issue only a few months back. It was fixed by changing the (HEATER VALVE XR840091 BOSCH) this is a jaguar part and is exactly the same as the original just minus a few hundred dollars :-) and the climate control panel (400820043D) The reason for the panel to be change was, if the car blows hot air for a long time it can damage the connections of the circuit board at the rear. However i would just change the HCV first since it is a cheep part and in expensive to do first. hope this helps, Dan
  13. Thank you all for the kind words :-) Dan
  14. Sorry about the multiple images, made an error somewhere. Dan
  15. Hi All, I would just like to introduce myself since I'm completely new to this form. And would like to thank Glen at AMH Exotic Parts for providing a painless service for a complete ECT uprated clutch, Flywheel and realse bearing sent to the UK to get my pride and joy to better health. I will provide an update and pictures of the install also once complete, and of the cat bypass which will be done while we are there ;-) Best Wishes, Dan
