  1. I am interested in upgrading my Murcielago front bumper to the LP640 front bumper and I would like to know if anyone has done it and which way did they went. I see used Carbon Fiber front bumpers on eBay but I understand it might be hard to fit them as they have very little room to adjust CF. Some others say get fiberglass seeing how you can adjust it as necessary. Does anyone has experience with this? Thanks
  2. This thread is crazy!!! I cant believe people are trying to be so messy. Can we once again get back on topic
  3. Why have a Lamborghini and not RACE IT?
  4. I thought about using magnets in some way. I will figure it out this weekend. I agree with you marlonbvm, both Ferrari and Lamborghini should be ashamed of themselves by some of their craftsmanship. Trust me, these issues did not start with the Murcielago, it had these same issues on the Diable, Countach, F360 and F430. I guess this is what we pay for :-)
  5. Thanks for your suggestion. I will wrap some tape around it and see if that helps. I will also order the part from Lamborghini.
  6. I tried to do a google search but I cannot find anything on how to fix my above center console that keeps dropping down. Know Lamborghinis, my car cannot be the only one with this problem. Has anyone else experienced this and how do you fix it? I had velcro as a quick fix but I would like to get it done right. Thanks for your help.
  7. Hopefully it is simple but I will take the console apart this weekend. Any write-ups on how to remove the center console?
  8. I went for a drive this past Sunday and 5 minutes before parking, I rolled down both windows (auto down) when I exited the freeway. When I pulled into the parking space, I tried to put the windows up, and they didn't move. I listened closely and I could hear a faint "click" sound coming from the switches when I pressed them. When I got home, I checked the fuses and they were fine. I replaced the fuse anyway just in case it was a faint break that I could see; still doesn't work. I checked LamborghinTalk forum and someone had a similar experience and just said it was the switch and wiring but that is all he knew. Has anyone experienced something similar? I am planning on purchasing some switches but I find it odd that they both went out at the same exact time. Thanks
  9. I just learned that the Murcielago doesn't really have floor mats. I was trying to get new ones made and I did not like the results. I called the company and explained they might have the wrong pattern and they wanted to see my original floor mats. Can I see how the floor mats in your Murcielago look?
  10. You are correct, I do not have any children so that is harsh to say but I should have titled it: What would you do if your child did this?
  11. I second oddesey. Four year full replace warranty and 850cca. It fit right in and I'm very confident with the battery.
  12. Sorry Pop, I Crashed Your Murcielago This latest supercar smash-up took place in Houma, Louisiana, where a 20-year-old kid took his dad’s Lamborghini Murcielago for a spin around town with a friend and ended up slamming into an oak tree. According to zero2turbo, the joyrider turned off the traction control. That and a combination of dark, wet roads while taking a corner at 110 mph lead to the unfortunate ending. Both passengers survived the heavy collision. The driver did, however, break six ribs, shattered his pelvis, dislocated his shoulder and fractured his clavicle. His mate got away with just a broken hand. http://www.carbuzz.com/news/2014/7/23/Sorr...ielago-7722173/
  13. With all of this being said, does anyone have photos from underneath of this conversion? I might tackle this next weekend.
