D.Wiggs Report post Posted December 21, 2011 seems a bit low no? non 'SL' lp560's have dynoed high 400's Lower than I thought. One possibility is that it just had brand new Sport Cups put on and there could have been some slippage. We'll run a couple more to verify. Mako Report post Posted December 21, 2011 seems a bit low no? non 'SL' lp560's have dynoed high 400's Can't compare different dynos, different days, different temps, different airflow aids, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc. Only purpose of any dyno run is solely as a baseline for the shop to compare further modifications to. LyinFapper Report post Posted December 21, 2011 What did it put down? 495 WHP 385 Torque I believe this is not AWHP. Which would explain a lot http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=60350

Which would explain a lot http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=60350 I believe you are correct. I think it's RWD. I could pick up quite a bit more HP if it had CCBs. OC Report post Posted December 30, 2011 That TQ curve is mighty flat and constant, and I love the long 7-8.2K rpm "plateau" of HP too; gives you plenty of shifting opportunities in that area.

nbaker0 Report post Posted December 31, 2011 I might of missed this, but are you planning on converting the Gallardo to rwd like the 670SV?
D.Wiggs Report post Posted December 31, 2011 I might of missed this, but are you planning on converting the Gallardo to rwd like the 670SV? No plans as of yet. THe AWD system in the Perf. is far superior and much easier to use. Plus, it's not my car so it's up to her on what she wants to do. Given she likes to drive it all year round, I'd say it's likely to stay AWD.

Mattyrae Report post Posted April 11, 2012 I believe you are correct. I think it's RWD. I could pick up quite a bit more HP if it had CCBs. Why would CC brakes produce more hp, it's just weight savings?
D.Wiggs Report post Posted April 11, 2012 Why would CC brakes produce more hp, it's just weight savings? Less unsprung mass.
Albert-LP Report post Posted April 17, 2012 AWD eats some power, but the torque line is very impressive: almost constant. That's a great engine. ciao
Jota1995 Report post Posted April 17, 2012 Why would CC brakes produce more hp, it's just weight savings? Dyno pulls for cars are over a rev range accelerating over that range. CCB have less weight to spin up. If the dyno reading was at a static rpm there would be no difference.

Once we get in, do a tune and an exhaust, should be a lot nicer!

D.Wiggs Report post Posted April 17, 2012 Who is doing the tune? Which exhaust? Custom on both and the only people I'd let touch my cars, IPS here in CBus.
