Turns out that a line from the secondary air injection system was disconnected. Pretty sure it happened at the full service at BH Lambo. Symbolic Motors fixed it for me. Thanks for your input BB!

Hi BB, So I clear the codes on a run and then it appears the second start after that (according to that table its only read on start up). I don't think its the O2 sensors, because it happens on both banks. It must be some that there is just one of (like the pump) or the pipes. The car was recently services by Lambo of Beverly Hills maybe they forgot to hook something back up. Are you a Lambo mechanic? I'll bring it in for service today. Thanks, Chris
