Now when i opened the LaRa 7.0 i found only 5 predefined scripts (not like described in LaRa Manual what i wrote in my previous post): Bleeding_Clutch_Gallardo.dra (E-gear bleeding CLUTCH) Bleeding_Kit_Gallardo.dra (E-gear bleeding 2* step: Bleeding E-gear KIT) egear_snap_NEW_gallardo.dra (E-gear Snap) Filling_E-gear_Kit_Gallardo_MY04-08.dra (E-gear bleeding 1* step: Filling E-gear KIT) Selflearning_Egear_gallardo.dra (E-gear Self Learning) How can i do procedure for clutch replacement in LaRa 7.0: "4-Neutral Engagement -> 5-Hydraulic Circuit Discharge -> Removal of E-gear kit and transmission→clutch replacement→re-installation of transmission and E-gear kit -> 6 - Hydraulic Circuit Bleeding -> 5 - Hydraulic Circuit Discharge -> Oil level checkand top-up of oil in reservoir -> 1 - Clutch Kiss Point -> 2 - Grid Self Tuning -> 3 - Clutch Degradation Index reset" I'm completely confused and do not know what to do... The nearest Lambo dealer in about 4500 km from me...
  2. Hi everyone, i just bought my first 07 gallardo and now is time to replace the clutch. In my country there is no lamborghini dealer and now i found a mechanic who can replace the clutch, but as i can see from the manual after this i need to carry out the e-gear initialization. To do this my friend bring me the Lambo diagnostic computer with LaRa 7.0 installed but I don't know what to do. Does anyone know how to make E-gear initialization after clutch replacement ? PLEASE HELP, i really need this... Inside help files L140-Gallardo -LaraAS sistem.pdf and 04_E-gear_BasicSetting_ENG.pdf, i found few procedures: 1. For Clutch replacement: "4-Neutral Engagement -> 5-Hydraulic Circuit Discharge -> Removal of E-gear kit and transmission→clutch replacement→re-installation of transmission and E-gear kit -> 6 - Hydraulic Circuit Bleeding -> 5 - Hydraulic Circuit Discharge -> Oil level checkand top-up of oil in reservoir -> 1 - Clutch Kiss Point -> 2 - Grid Self Tuning -> 3 - Clutch Degradation Index reset" 2. For Replacement of E-gear kit: "4 - Neutral Engagement -> 5 - Hydraulic Circuit Discharge -> Replacement of E-gear kit -> 6 - Hydraulic Circuit Bleeding -> 5 - Hydraulic Circuit Discharge -> Oil level check and topup of oil in reservoir -> 1 - Clutch Kiss Point -> 2 - Grid Self Tuning" what procedure i should follow ? Also i found the following scripts: Bleading_Gallardo.dra (allows the clutch of e-gear vehicles to be bled) E-gear_snap_new_Gallardo.dra (allows acquisition of the data in the e-gear control unit.) Open_solenoid_Gallardo.dra (allows the e-gear system to be bled after the parts of the system that have to be replaced have actually been replaced) Read_clutch_Gallardo.dra (reads the degree of clutch wear in e-gear cars Read_write_clutch_Gallardo.dra (in e-gear cars, allows the initial clutch wear value to be written after the clutch has been replaced.) Selflearning_egear_Gallardo (allows the e-gear system to be re-calibrated if the control unit or the entire system is replaced.) Write_clutch_Gallardo.dra (in e-gear cars, allows the current clutch wear value to be written after the e-gear control unit has been replaced. The essential PIS have been inserted to improve car drivability) Should i run them?
