  1. This might not make sense but is worth trying. I had the same issue before. Click the Econ button. Drive with it for about 5 minutes then turn it off. Within about 2 minutes aircon started blowing cold. 04 car though.
  2. The issue is the factory relay. It does not shut the pump down when it should. It then causes the pump to burn out and then the fuse will fail. Assbackwards. (This is the case when battery and fluid is in good shape). Trust me, I now run a Ferrari based relay, fuse and pump in mine. The system is based on a Alfa Romeo selespeed system so search the web and ebay on this. You will learn a lot.
  3. Try Audi 07K905715F for coil packs. About $50 bucks per cheaper.
  4. The old battery does not help. Do you hear the pump activating when you open the drivers door?. If so it might only be low pressure and fluid needs to be topped up. If no sound of pump priming the relay/fuse and pump probably had it. I have posted cheap resolutions for this on the site for a number of years. Best of luck mate!.
  5. Nope not on 04. Fuse layout is in the manual however.
  6. It is actually not that bad when the valves are disconnected. Just keep the revs down. It will however give a boom at initial start up from cold. 04-07 exhaust systems are very quiet without the valves open (they also weigh frigging 49lbs). 08 late and onwards it does get louder as the design changed. I fitted an 08 exhaust system to my 04 and my neighbours do not mind the sound. Some of their Corvettes and Mustangs are even louder. The levers around the 04-07 valves can make some noises. Easiest is just to bend them to be a tad tighter.
  7. Welcome old chap. Just modify the vacuum lines to keep the valves open all the time. You will be a happier camper at start up. (Lamborghini valves in the exhaust operates the opposite as Ferrari concerning vacuum.).
  8. Man does the US economy suck!. Lovely cars. I have to get rid of my fleet in one country and buy again in the country I am retiring in. LHD is not allowed where I am going. Have fun when the weather improves!.
  9. Hate to say this but spray a tad of WD down the keyhole. It sounds like the steering lock has become sticky.
  10. Promoting your company idiot?. Are you a sponsor here?. Various posts on this forum!. Go crawl back under the rock you came from.
  11. Only the front rotors from a 2003 Audi RS6 is compatible. The rears are like from the fronts of a Viper from the same year. For the fronts search for 4B3 615 301E Left Front, 4B3 615 302A Right Front. The rears are the right radius but are much thinner.

  13. As you say. The Audi version of the product goes for about $70. If OP is talking about Lamda sensors it still does not reach $5000. Somebody is ripping him off. Something does not jive.
