Looking at the real world pics, I'd give it a go. Im sure it gets a little hairy in certain places but sure, why not?

And no, I definitely wouldnt be in a Hummer

Easier said than done I suppose, but I really think I would go for it...

Land Rover Defender 90 might be a good candidate.

would love to do it with my UMM (portuguese military offroader kind of like a hummer )

By the way I painted it with the Lamborghini Gallardo Arancio color code, really happy with the result :icon_thumleft:

I went down Black Bear (as a passenger) years ago in a totally stock rental jeep wrangler. The only area that is sketchy is at the very end of the trail above a waterfall which is shown in that picture above. It is a pretty mild trail outside of that. I guess it is tough to describe it, but imagine driving down a large staircase carved out of a cliff over a 100 foot ledge with water running down certain areas. I wouldn't be surprised if they widened the road a bit over the years because I don't remember it being nearly that narrow. It is a one-way road for all but one day a year when a local 4x4 club reserves the trail and runs that one section going up hill... THAT would be scary.

Seeing these pictures really bums me out that I won't make it out there this summer :(
