Hi guys , the E-gear warning light has come up on my model year 05. I can still select 1st Gear and 2nd Gear and Reverse. The car still drives ok in these gears with no clutch slip. the car has done 45,000 km on the clutch and the wear at 40,000km was 5.6 mm, (all city stop start driving). I know i need a new clutch but i am asking if there maybe other reasons why the car wont shift into the higher gears. The car was fine when i last drove it, i turned the car off and when i went to restart it, the e-gear light came on. Any one else had a similar issue.

Thanks guys the battery is new and voltages check ok. The system primes up when the ignition key is turned to ignition system primes and then i can turn the engine over. The e-gear works ok only problem is it wont prime when the door is opened. Dealer is confused cause the interior light comes on so its not a wiring or switch problem in the door.

Any ideas on why my e-gear system wont prime upon opening of door. The interior light comes on when i open the door but the system wont prime. I have to turn the key to ignition and wait for the system to prime before the car will turn over. Again the dealer has no idea as to what is happening and has asked for assistance from Lamborghini in Italy.

Hello all, just wondering if any one has come across a problem with the front lifter not working at times. I had it in the dealer and of course it lifted every time they asked it to lift. At times when it doesnt lift the lift light will flash on the dash but the car wont lift and the only way to clear the flashing light is to turn the car off. If you bounce the car by pushing on the A pillar it will seem to fix the problem and the car will lift. Any suggestions
