  1. Does anyone knows how to read this e-gear stat? It's supposedly at 1.1% wear, in other words like new. 2. Is a friend who is interested, but I told I wouldn't blame anyone who bought it at the right price, which has to be well below market. I personally will get into a six speed model, considering '04 up to '06 and if I could find a Rosso Andromeda, jackpot. If not white or blue, and yes I'll resist temptation with lots of patience. But regarding that yellow batman, he is ready to pull the trigger. Would anyone pay $90k for it?
  3. Lets say everything checks out with the yellow "batman" '06 Gallardo, what would be a good price to buy that car? It has something like 37k miles.
  4. He is looking for an early Gallardo that his wife will drive a lot too. He rather buy an egear for that reason but he is afraid of the early egear models. I need to inform him if early egear cars '04 and '05 are ok by now, I feel that those cars should have the egear resolved by now, is this the case? If not the car will have to be a '06 egear. He might convince her about a six speed manual and those are ok from '04 to '06 to stay within the budget I feel he wants to spend. If anyone knows of a good car please let me know here and I'll get him to take it from there. He is a buyer for the right price and not a dreamer.
  5. It told him as soon as I saw the car my points on it and I didn't like it either but the offered the car low and he figured it an easy fix. He is got talent to bring a car up on his spare time.
  6. I know you guys are a tough crowd, but stolen, really???
  7. He called me last night at the last minute and the car is sold, hopefully he didn't buy it. I saw the listing and didn't get a good vibe so I came in here to check, but now its too late.
  8. Hey guys, I'm helping a friend of mine who is also looking for a Gallardo and he is seriously about this car and ready. Here is the link and I'm wondering if it belongs to a forum member or if anyone knows it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NORESVE-200...ht_37538wt_1167 Hoping to get him in a Gallardo soon as I'm selling my present car to get back in another Lamborghini. I really appreciate your time for looking.
  9. I'm just finding out, it was nice knowing you Monte and hopefully we'll meet again. My condolences to your family. Luix
  10. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1994-Lambor...ht_20005wt_1167 What do you guys think about this car and what are your opinions on the seller? I'm a Diablo ignorant, what should I expect in the first year of ownership if anything common arises? I wont have cash flow for over six months and not I'm not going to jail for that time period, lol.
  11. I don't think he will be back on F-Chat anytime soon. Too many a**holes kept picking on him, damn puritans.
  12. I'm the original owner of that car. I had it for 8k miles and then sold it, that very same owner just traded the car in and I was going to buy it, but something came up that will give me $$$ in return so I'm passing on it. It was a great car to me and you can check out my old posts about it.
  13. So maybe $89k sounds good if a positive PPI, no? It doesn't have the 15k mile service yet and I the car still has the original factory clutch in it.
  14. I just sold mine that I bought brand new in '06. I sold the car at 21,000 miles with the original factory clutch, the car was six speed manual. Not a single issue, the most reliable car I have ever owned, even better than the Gallardo I had. The manifolds were changed free of charge and one time the exhaust brackets and those were replaced and never broke again. Someone some posts above mentioned the price of clutch and I have to say that on both cars the engine does not need to be taken out of the car. The clutch on the F430 is several thousands less than the for the Gallardo. I saw clutch kits for the F430 for something like $2,500 more or less and if you buy it gated shifter then any shop can do the job. Everyone says how much cheaper to run a Gallardo is over a F430 and by my experience and that of some other owners is that they are about the same, but the clutch on the Gallardo is far more expensive. Other than that you can't go wrong with either one, I could just flip a coin and let fate decide since that's how much I like both.
  15. Thanks, they have the car advertised with a new clutch and new tires. I have a buyer for my car and trying to fit everything together so everything will go smoothly.
