The Shift Sector half mile event this past weekend was definitely one to remember. Richard Fowler, in his Underground Racing X Version Twin Turbo Lamborghini Huracan, set and reset records all weekend and ended up leaving with the new standing half mile World Record of 247.25 MPH!!! This was approximately 7 mph faster than our previous record set by Gidi in his Underground Racing X Version Twin Turbo Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera at Shift Sector Colorado Springs a few months ago. Richard and Gidi ran numerous 240+ mph passes on regular street tires with full interior and at full weight the entire weekend without a single issue! These are 100% true street cars which makes this even more impressive. We are so proud of our entire Team and would like to thank all of them which include all in house staff, customers, family and vendors such as John Reed Racing, Harry at Precision Turbo, Proline Race Engines and so many more that stand behind us day after day that make this happen and help us continue to win races and set the bar higher each event. Thank you Shift Sector and sponsors such as Speed Society, OB Prestige and etc. for holding yet another great event

I knew the video would be so awesome! Basically 0-400kmh in around 13-14 Seconds. Thats how long it takes a brand new Chiron to get from 0-300km/h. Side by side wouldn´t even be close. Amazing machines you build at UGR!

Huge congrats on the pass(es) man! Your balls must be the size of a 102mm turbo, lol

It's hard to believe how undramatic that was. Didn't look like Richard was fighting the car at all. Crazy!!

Congratulations again to UGR.

me thinks he was about to change the station on the radio but had to slow down instead.

Waiting on the new DCT billet helix gear set to be completed and we will be back out there at the 1/4.

You say that when ETS ran a measly 3 MPH slower? Come on now.

Congrats to Richard and the UR team! As others have stated those high speeds runs looked effortless. The UR cars could almost pass for stock they are so clean. Best of luck to the entire crew at TI next month!

Did you see ETS any where in my sentence?

And 3 mph at these speeds is huge.

You stated that nobody is going to catch Richard and that is simply an ignorant statement. Yes 3 MPH is huge at those speeds but IF the ETS GTR was not achieving its full potential (stripped 6th gear on final pass) then who knows.

^^ Dustin was making a joke as Richard was looking in his rear view mirror on that run, making the joke, no need to look behind him as no one was behind him trying to race him. Come on man, think before you post. ;)

No need to make excuses for the stripped/gutted out ETS GTR. Richard was ready at the line if he needed to go faster (in his street car). Everyone always has more until they break ;)

my favorite car to date is that DCT Hurucan than ran 7.8. that would be my dream car. 100% street car including tranny , an all around perfect car.
