  1. Thanks for posting, is there a link with other pics from that shoot by any chance? Thanks
  2. I agree on the color, its like suddenly I can see more of the F1 in it. Sublime.....
  3. someone needs to get on that bumper STAT The forged wheels look much better.
  4. I prefer the other available wheels, but that silver looks great. Much better than the orange imo. Thanks for posting!
  5. Its just one of those things you take the chance on. Its not that they have an exceptionally high failure rate, but it is one more system that could go wrong. Like most things, some fixed are cheap, some not so cheap. Personally I like the SMG, takes some getting used to like all trannys of that type. They can be a pain when reversing and driving around in tight spaces and M3's tend to see more of that then exotics with similar set ups. So keep in mind what you plan on using it for. The conventional 6-speed in the E46 is pretty sweet too. I doubt you'd be disappointed either way. Pretty informative thread on the M3 forums if you haven't seen it yet. http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=231113
  6. Do you remember what happened the last time Bugatti tried that Without VAG money? In my opinion, McLaren doesn't need to re-establish the brand because they never went anywhere. Unless the proposed halo car is a seven figure masterpiece that shatters every record, is it really going to do a better job of creating brand awareness then a 250K car of which there will be more of and people will actually see? To me, the only way a flagship car could increases brand awareness more than any other model is with marketing and media coverage, and the 12C has both in spades already. As Mako said, most people care more about having the "latest and greatest" then the actual virtues of the car, they'll buy the 12C any way and trade it when the flagship comes out. That said we're still making assumptions about EXACTLY what type of roll the flagship is supposed to fill, many people who can afford flagship models till choose the "lesser" cars for various reasons. How many people here have had Murci's and Gallardos? Think about it, Ferrari didn't truly become a household name until they started making 308's and Porsche always releases turbos and GT2's after standard models and manages to shift both.
  7. Here's the thread http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=43698
  8. Wow, basically a whole new collection! Hows the X5M?
  9. I love it, nothing new. But I was thinking. I wonder how its going to turn out once the mod junkies get a hold of it, given that it already has a set of turbos. 700+ with bolt on's? who knows...Should be interesting.
  10. I just got one for 80 in a 70 on the way home. I knew I shouldn't have looked at this thread this morning....
  11. Love watching Tiff and Jason drive. I love how Tiff takes his had off the wheel to explain the over steer while cornering during a hot lap.
  12. Two of the best looking and sounding vehicles on the planet, they make a good pair. I'd love to have a still pic of the RSV-4 doing the circle burnout around the SL for my desktop.
