Any interest in a Kreissieg like exhaust?

The company that makes many of the named dealer brand exhausts is in my backyard, I've contacted them to see if they can duplicate the F1 sounding exhaust similliar to the $12-$14k Kreissieg exhaust. They are willing to do this if we have have some interest, they will use my car as the test mule.

Question is what would you pay for this? Also there are options to have a remote style baffle system that would make it loud and not so loud.

Here are some pics of what they made for the AV and a video

I don't know about the LP640, but for the Murci, there's a lot of engineering that needs to go into any exhaust for this car that sounds good on the outside and inside across all driving modes. And it doesn't seem like many, if any, of the companies are doing the R&D needed. It seems like many of the exhaust companies do zero R&D on the system and just throw something out there and charge a ton.

For the Murci, drone in the 2000-2500 range is really a problem and I think it's one of those cars that needs the exhaust branches that cancel out the drone. I have talked to some exhaust companies that have never even heard of that technology, so it shows how mickey mouse of an operation they are that they don't even know about that. All they need to do is a google every now and then:

So I would not commit to any money until the sound was proven to me at all driving modes, i.e. not just revving. If it was a good system, I'd pay up to $5K, which is already highway robbery given how little exhaust system there is to make for these mid-engined cars.

Phil from Fabspeed here.

We do put a ton of time in R&D into the design of the exhaust for performance, sound and look. We build our exhaust right here in PA and we take pride in that fact as well. We have completed a dyno test on all of our exhaust and we are really happy with how they turn out. We have seen performance gains with our exhaust not to mention how much we enjoy the sound and look. If anyone has any questions about any of our products I would be glad to help.

I haven't had any problems with my Fabspeed. Mine doesn't drone either. The sounds is epic for everyone except my neighbors :icon_mrgreen:
