  1. I dunno why, I have never understood why so many guys get dogs for image, as if having a tough looking dog makes you hard. It seems there is a wierd insecurity about that.
  2. I suppose the dialogue could have been a bit deeper, there I said it. That being said; what's better than wilton silver food coloring spray to get high?!
  3. It was very well done IMO for what it was, if you didn't like it, mostly you probably didn't like the admittedly absurd mad max franchise.
  4. This. People think because nate has a few inches on him that he's bigger. both guys are legit 155 lb guys. The word is that MCG intends to go back to 145; I am not sure that will go as planned. Many guys that gain some size to bulk up are not as effective going back down. Roy Jones had this same problem after moving up to fight John Ruiz, lost some of his speed etc with the extra mass.

  6. I'm actually surprised you don't get the appeal since I find it very similar to cars. Nobody "needs" a Lambo, a civic will provide transportation, but the experience is cool, the capability of the vehicle (or in this case gun) is a feeling of empowerment that when enjoyed responsibly is a blast to play with. Much like with a sports car, the precision and efficiency that some of these firearms are capable of is amazing. And much like with a car, there is an element of raw power in your hands that turns grown men into children based on the appreciation of the machine's capabilities. Oh and they do keep you safer (and more in control of an ugly situation) than any European could understand:P
  7. Def. suicide. And such a fall from grace, from 2000-2007 he was the poster boy for natural gas E & P and was on CNBC all the time. He loved the spot light and clearly was very aggressive in financing Chesapeake. Sad though, in the end it is only money and possibly a short jail sentence.
  8. Jared From Subway (suicide) Dolly Pardon Bush 41
  9. I realize they don't just go off, and never said they did, however through the day in day out of pulling other stuff out of my pants (wallet, keys etc) along with the incredible adrenaline rush (and jumpiness) of having to pull the gun out for business; I can still see getting a bad case of Glock-Leg if you aren't careful. I actually used to know a guy that did an IWB .44 at one point, just going to the range, of course loaded. With a revolver he still managed to basically blow his left knee in half and limped until he died a few years back. Also, I tend to think people vastly overrate how quickly you will need to bring your gun into action, even if you need it.
  10. Roman, Interesting theory on safeties, I'll be honest, I'm just not comfortable carrying with one in the pipe and no safety, mostly because it only takes one accident; if I knew that I only had the gun on me for a given day, maybe I'd just be super careful, but day in day out, they scare me. Now to my main question (this one is incendiary!) Who here favors a .45 over a 9MM? I know many agencies are switching back as they find that 9MM have faster follow up shots etc, and the claim is that modern bullets in the 9 perform essentially just as well, but to me, a slow moving large diameter bullet is going to dump a lot more energy into a bad guy more consistently. Thoughts?
  11. SOMEBODY is doing the raping guys...
  12. I think the stand in should have been Edgar, he has a fantastic style to beat mcgregor, which may be the reason they pushed him out. He's disciplined, quick, and can box even against a goofy style. I personally find myself occasionally caught up in the mcgregor hype, but then watch aldo's highlights and recall that hes the P4P GOAT for a reason. I think he may just run right through conor and put the hype to sleep, personally. That being said Mcgregor not only has his hands full, but he has all of 2 weeks to train for a completely different fight.
  13. This chic was in Californication I believe...Yum.
  14. Hagler. Hearns. Best street fight ever.
