Since the engine was out to put in the newer updated and strengthened gearbox coz my oder gearbox was leaking oil etc etc, I replaced all bolts, screws, harness housings, pulley, water pump, newer updated parts, Tricolore calipers, factory campaign update, rear spoiler motor and module etc etc. Some parts under warranty claim.

Also got the painter to clean up the frames and engine bay; frames had white paint like powder on it from the body paintwork which most cars will have from factory. Also had the factory ecu tune done which pushes out more power along with BMC race filters (~725-730hp). It was worth the two month wait. Love driving her now, engine and gearbox feels so crisp.

Nice work, love the car in white as well.

Just a note on the Lamborghini sound tuning software as it's been discussed to death here, it does not increase the top end power the only gains are power and torque +8.5% at between 2-3000 rpm only i.e. When the valves were previously closed. It will however make a massive difference to the cars sound and your enjoyment

Thanks for the compliment :)

Yes it has been discussed and also I mentioned above the power gains after someone I know in the usa did a dyno, he got 724hp at crank, which again I will mention I felt the difference right away. My Brother in law also drives an Aventador without the tune and at times I take his car out to, surely I can feel the power gains , no it's not a placebo effect. Not 8% what the factory claims but there are gains. Not speaking of the factory sport exhaust tuning, that's different and few here have lost power after doing that upgrade.

my 2012 leaked gearbox fluid on day 1 and there was no fix for a year... so the gearbox failed total at 29000 miles (I was in Europe at the time) in 2014 the newer gearbox laster ... I think at 43000 miles it was perfect and the clutch life was 85% still. loved that lp700.

and I've only got 5500 miles on mine and leaking already with clutch life 90%+ left. But I got to hand it to my dealer, they were pretty quick in the claim. All in within 4 weeks the new gbox arrived. One year is really long bro, I would have really gotten upset being in your shoes.
