What did you do today?

I have been skating more these days and finally have built some endurance.

With my commitment to overall domination of two sports for grumpy old men, I thought we could all share what we are doing to better our bodies(or destroying them in some cases)

Today: One hour skating with an average of 17.4 miles and an average heart rate of 146bpm.

Today I wimped out of a warm up for tomorrow which will be 5 hours of indoor cycling. The concept I do is a variation of spin, then I we go out and I VIP at a club in London and taking all the girls along.

Jesus, I don't think I could consume we enough calories to support that workout. Are you putting down 10,000 + calories?
