MB AMG GT

I'm not worthy of one, but drove an AMG GT S today anyway.

Immediately at first hustling the car felt really wide and the bonnet going way in front of you. But then just after under a minute of driving under the belt the car shrink around me and I felt reassured to press harder.

It was effortlessly really fast but also has nice agility which I think is a new found quality for a mercedes benz.

I saw it had a nice sonus faber emblems on the treble's but I did not even think about listening anything else than the motor.

Exhaust has nice tone for a modern turbo car and some cracle&pop action too. Ofcourse some of the noises feel generally quite tricked and maybe not as "musical" lol as best NA-engines.

There was nothing that bothered in suspension nor the gearbox either, all works very solidly.

Windscreen and side window line is very narrow, I have a long back and top of the windows was right in sight line. But it also gives this safe yet menacing feel to driver.

Above all it left an itch to slide the car around and leave black stripes after apexes, so good and juicy was the mixture of power and great handling balance.

I have to disagree on thar Fortis. :) imho it looks it self and nothing else. Or atleast i did not get any of those thoughts. Cockpit is snugger, bonnet is way more square wide and bulky and there is no room for engine or passengers in the back.

Looks so much like a 991 from that angle.

From that angle I understand yes it looks similar. But looks are deceiving. :)

Saw two yellow, one white, one black. Really impressed with the interior considering every other merc has a interior made from the plastics used for Lego bricks

I can see that or the F type coupe. I still like the looks of the SLS coupe more but that's a different car segment.

I like it, the only thing that scares me is resale especially on a DD.

Leaseing is the only way to go.

Leaseing is the only way to go.

99% of the time Benzes tank, but for some reason, I think this one will hold value better (until the warranty is up at least). Most used SLS' are the same price, and these are nicer looking other than the doors, are faster, and have warranty. I think they priced them well.

Saw a black one on the road today, dealer plate. I thought it was a 911 from the back. It is a pretty good looking car imo, looks much better live than in pictures and is quite compact.

My guess would be 25K down 2500 month 36 months 60-70 residual

I thought these were 125k cars? Lease price should be less than that with zero down. Nice looking car for the money though.

To me the car is nothing special...

Also i am just bot a fan of adding body kits on a car... Allways fitment issues , paint etc. just dont see the appeal on buying an expensive car only to start hacking away at it.
