  1. Can anyone share what you're using for brake fluid. Called (2) dealers and they both use Castrol GT-LMA brake fluid...anyone using this on their car for street driving. SuperBlue Racing is what's recommended off the manual..but it seems state law prohibits this particular product from being sold in the state of Florida.
  2. For those who want to stick to the factory specs, like me, I would just call americanagip.com, the NY branch, as the PA branch only sells in 5G buckets and did not have the synthetic blend, and just order what you need....I just ordered a case (they sell by the case) 12 qts for $75.00 (that's $6.25 a quart) which will cover both front and rear diffs. which I think you only need 6qts for both as per the manual. I called (3) lambo dealerships and they all use diff. ones, which was scary to me...here is the answer I got from (3) diff. dealers: Redline Tutela VW/Audi G052171A2 Not sure why the dealer, who can easily get AGIP would not use the factory recommended....(price I'm sure is factor but still, they have to warranty these cars...) Maybe the above 3 are better than AGIP brand/mix but I personally, like to use what is recommended off the factory.
  3. Can anyone recommend a good and tested wireless OBDII reader that will work with an '04 and an '08G. I have the PCSCAN software, now just need the reader so I can view engine trouble codes and reset CEL's, etc... I belive the ElmScan 5 Bluetooth would do the trick but wanted to see if anyone out there is using any others or have a better recommendation. Thanks in advance.
  4. You right John, you caught me red handed bud, what was I thinking joining this board for advice, news, etc.. My apologies. Life has not been kind to me and business has been terrible given this down economy, had to make some adjustments - that being said, I changed my signature to reflect accurate information. Unfortunately, here's what I had to switch to: http://cache.jalopnik.com/cars/assets/reso...-Bug-Camper.jpg Take care, this will be my last post on this as it's just a rediculous thread and I'm surprised moderators have let it go on this long, but hey, to each its own and I hope it was entertaining to some of you.
  5. Will do when I get back to the states. Not sure which Audi you picked up but they're great cars. I regret getting an M3 after I picked up an A5, should of gotten the S5. R8 is only one I'm not a fan of personally.
  6. not the car but I agree.
  7. Shady John... Interesting approach. Not the car in question John, I traded that up when I gave up showing long ago and picked up a right hand drive wide bodied, which was the car referred to in this post, however; thanks for entertaining and yes low 40's on orange one. As for the white car, well, what can I say - it was a stage. By the way, I see you ended up with a lambo, given your picture a green one over the orange...
  8. Wrong car - no lambo doors. Car sold low 40's.
  9. I agree to a point, which is why I asked for the post to be deleted long ago and which is why now I'm just rolling with the punches here, I have to admit, the last post here with the pic is great. No pics. Car is being picked up by a private collector in Upstate NY, who's son frequents here, if he chooses to post pictures of the car it's up to him, otherwise feel free to keep the post alive.
  10. Rough crowd- even for a fellow lambo owner...but sure, lots of Rhinestones, meticulously glued to the inside roof and outside of the wheels, if that makes you happy, then by all means, live it up.
  11. wow, interesting, I guess an apology is in order, but really, was all that bashing necessary. admin - go ahead and delete post altogether please.
  12. Have a very custom Audi TT that has been featured in several magazines, award winner at Hot Import Nights and DUB, Daytona Spring Break Nationals, Homestead, etc, etc...babied, highly customized, anyway, need the garage room for a Murci that's coming so I have decided to part ways with it, over 90k invested, will settle for 60k. Featured in Audi magazine, signed by JJ Letho and Michael Werner. If anyone is interested, collector, enthusiast, etc...let me know.
  13. this weather sucks - was great this morning, real crappy up in the west palm area... So unless it clears up I won't be making it tonight.
