LP640 Width at Outside of Rear Wheels.

Can anyone with an LP640 please provide me an actual measurement from the outside of the left rear wheel to the outside of the right rear wheel? The only specifications I can find on the Internet are for the vehicle width (which is usually wider than width at rear wheels) and vehicle track (which is measured from the center of the rear wheels).

The reason I ask is because I need to know if it's going to fit on my 4-post lift. The width between the columns is 89 3/4". But, the drive through clearance of the lift (at the wheels) is only 76.5".

Any actual measurements I can get would be great. If on a standard Murci, that would be great too.

Thanks!

Outside to outside wheel is around 80, BUT this is the deal...

I have my old one lowered with very wide and aggressive wheels close to the fenders. It sat wider than a oem height and oem wheel murcie. 76.5” will not work, IF again, IF it has any outside rails where the tires would hit at 76.5”. If it can hang off the outside of the runways then it’s only 2” on each side or so and it’s ok.

Thanks, that is the information I was looking for. I just might be able to make it work if it's anything less than 80".

I have a 6.2 on a four post lift - it is tight. The sills covers infront of the rear wheelS are the area you have to watch......

I raise the front drive on and then open the drivers door and look back at the rear wheel/ sill cover. If I get the sill within 1 inch of the structure the other side will be fine.

Wheel refurbs are cheaper than resprays!

Nice lift size. My DirectLift is just 75" to the outer edges of the tracks. I dont store my Murci on it but my wide body Pantera hangs over slightly on each side on the rear. I back onto the lift while holding my wife's 6" round cosmetic mirror out the window in my left hand to watch exactly where the rear and front tires are on the track while backing in. I kind of do the same with the mirror when driving out, although that isn't as tricky. Driving in backwards is just easier for me, plus my garage door folds over the low front end of the car and would hit the rear the other way. I bet slow maneuvering on and off the lift isn't the best thing on the Murci clutch.
