Roaster engine died while driving, won't start
ExoticCarDriver replied to Stimpy's topic in Archived Content
Hi. I am showing the OBD fault code for the crankshaft position sensor is P0336. I am just curious was a check engine light displayed for this code? Was the fault diagnosed via an OBD II reader? -
Lp 640 fuel tank reading full when it’s not full
ExoticCarDriver replied to Quadtrac600's topic in Archived Content
Because it sat for 6 months, I wonder has the fuel gummed up and prevented the fuel gauge from working properly? -
Do you have any updates on the egear issue?

Here are some pics of my Murci

I had the clicking noise before. It turned out to be the plastic piece that holds the cooling brake hose to the frame of the car. Mine was cracked and was coming off its mounting area on the frame of the car causing a clicking noise when I turned the steering wheel. Might be worth a check to see.

I bought some locally from a local performance shop. Sorry but I forgot the size. They are like the ones below. -
Single bolt Vband clamps for primary cats
ExoticCarDriver replied to LW Lambo's topic in Archived Content
I replaced my primary cats with straight pipes a while back and went with v-band clamps vice the OEM clamps. Its nearly impossible to reinstall the OEM clamps as there isn't enough room in there as you will find yourself working with one hand. So yes the v-band clamps are easier. For removing the bolting on the clamps, I went with a small pass through type ratchet/socket. Once you get the clamps loose you should be able to rotate the straight pipe some to easily access the sensors. -
Does anyone else have any other ideas?

Do you have any specifics on testing the switch?

The door lock seems to be working. Does anyone else have any other ideas?

I have a 2006 Murci roadster and the driver's side window has stop auto dipping (when in fully up position) from the door latch on the inside and outside of the car. Does anyone know what I can do to start troubleshooting this?
