1999 Diablo SV Shift Knob

Emblem is missing from the shift knob - see attached. Attempted to order a new one from Lamborghini and the part appears to have been superseded by the the Roadster shift knob.

I'm going to have an emblem made to fit in there. Anyone have a picture of what it is supposed to look like?

Thanks

I don't think it is an emblem just a black circle I will have to look.

Thanks!

Yep, that's me. That run was my only drive in it so far and weather-permitting I'll be at Lamborghini Broward tomorrow.

I'd been trying to buy it from a friend for nearly a decade and he finally let it go last month.

He drove it very little. He did fluids but that's about it. As-such, this 17 year-old car needs a fair amount of work, and it will be going in for it very soon. While away, I'm doing some custom touches that I've always liked and plan on doing more with pix/etc once it's done.

Thanks TC.

Your car was an inspiration for some of the things that I'll be doing.

On the fence about tinting the front side (orange) markers as well as front markers. I always do the full murder-thing but not this one. Taillights will be changed, but not tinted. Still, not crazy about those giant old-school orange rectangles.

Are you keeping it wingless??

Wingless, bumperless, Diablo GT taillight/bezels/grills, and working on something sweet for the wheels thanks to an idea from Whiteout.

I just realized that my black LM that I owned had this exact shift knob on it. I always thought it was aftermarket!

Put the spoiler back on. Looks much better with it.

personally I have to agree, ESPECIALLY going bumperless. But that's just me, always felt it made the ass end look too chopped off. Regardless its a stunning example.
