  1. The above is all you need to know to decide. Carol knows her stuff.
  2. Car looks great and so much better when lowered.
  3. That should be an easy one Pete.........Aventador. If you're not hardcore tracking the car, the Aventador is the way to go.
  4. Lots of pictures here; both of the track event and the car show. The show raised over $150k for charity this year. http://lafayettebritto.com/flat-out-motors...f-2015-weekend/
  5. I agree with Pete, couldn't have one without lowering it. With the right spring setup, ride quality shouldn't be compromised. The wing mounts look smallish and I much prefer to see beautiful factory Lamborghini paint over a matte wrap. I test drove one a couple days ago and I'm totally hooked on the Huracan now. Just need to be patient and wait for the Superleggera version. Outstanding car, pretty much flawless IMHO.
  6. It's a great car; love mine. It is as described above, pretty much bulletproof. I've had mine for 6 years and no mechanical issues at all. Only a leaky hydraulic egear line. The exhaust sound is pure magic, especially straight piped.......very loud but in a good way. Good luck.
  7. Beautiful car, excellent choice of wheel design and color. Congrats!
  8. LOL, thanks. I had them and they were very good wheels. I used them as track wheels for about 4 years and they held up fine; sustained speeds above 150mph and not just for a few seconds.
  9. Service dept is pretty good but definitely pricey. Fields retained the service people and replaced all the sales people. For a door issue I would take it to them. I have all my mechanical and track preparation service done now at Performance Race Solutions in Sanford. Much better service (for my needs) and way more reasonably priced.
  10. That shouldn't be difficult. My Superleggera weighs 3292 with a full tank of gas and retains AWD. With ample use of carbon it should be easy.
  11. Totally agree. It really comes down to the emotion the car evokes. If it is anything like the emotions evoked from the design cues of the Aventador, Sesto and Veneno it's a hit IMO. As far as performance, if it's "only" 600hp but with the raucous sound of a Lambo V10, I'm good. If it's a DCT but with a certain edge or harshness, I'm good. If it has anywhere near the interior technology of the Aventador, I'm good. If it is "too refined" I think it starts to lose the Lambo edginess which is what defines the brand. I like the somewhat bad boy image the brand evokes dating back to the roots of the company and Ferruccio's dealings with Enzo Ferrari.
  12. My previous question answered, thanks for posting info. I'll def contact you in future as Euro plan is finalized. That looks like an outstanding facility.
  13. Now that is what I love to see, driving flat out in an outstanding machine. Bravo!! Would love to visit and drive the facility next year on trip to Europe. Can you arrive and drive? In other words, do they have vehicles on site or locally that you can rent and drive the track?
  14. At +/- 2200 lbs and 570hp it must have incredible acceleration and cornering ability. Heck, the braking capability on this thing must also be off the charts. My SL weighs 3292 with a full tank of gas with less HP and it's quite a track weapon. The SE is really off the charts. Hopefully we get some video of the factory driver doing some spirited laps.
