Get it and have it repainted!

That wing is FUBAR. A backwards LP400S wing.

How does someone who works on a countach put it on backwards?

And then not notice it's not right

There is a black/black with gold wheels 5000QV at a dealer local to me. A Ferrari dealer of all places. No affiliation just thought I would pass it along in case it interests you.

I'm wondering if this is the one that Tony Had or the one that Roy had. :read: That price though. :eusa_think:

I think it might be the same car that was a wreck rebuild. Not 100% sure, but worth looking into. If it's the same car, it was hit in the front & IIRC done by the guy in Louisiana that does many Lamborghini rebuilds. Again , not 100%, but it sure looks like the same car. Yes, wrong wing but that wouldn't stop me if everything else checked out/price was good.

There is a 25th by me Jason for $279K if you are interested as well. It is the Rosso Perlato car that was a no sale at the Keno Bros auction 18 months ago ($336K with fees),

Also the one that Balboni is featured driving for the Keno Bros auction that is on YouTube.

this was from the owner/dealer:

This car was bought 4 years ago from a dealer in Houston - TX, that was selling from original owner.

This car has very low mileage, not much to say.

The wings looks original to me, comparing from anothers countaches, i have no info regarding the changes of wings.

so was the original owner from the UK?

I hate these complicated stories

and for the dealer to say it looks original speaks volumes of the level of competence for a $300k car.

looks a reproduction wing from these

i had most of the original wings in stock and i see some small details wrong on the wing

even if an original countach alloy wing, it would NOT be the correct model for USA LHD anniversary

a early 400S wing would be worth good money but this does not look like original from here

Buy this one instead. Downdraft carbs. Roy can help you import it. I'm sure you could talk them down on price also.
