  1. I've come to appreciate the H like fine wine. My Gallardo was a blast to drive for 10k miles. I'm ready to go Lamboing again soon. A
  2. Don't mean to dismiss your recommendation, but this shop was mentioned as part of a repair that went way south. Please read the thread before moving forward. http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=74733
  3. Almost positive this same car was in an accident (literally flipped and turned upside down). Looks like it was repaired haphazardly and changed hands multiple times. Buyer BEWARE!
  4. http://horriblecarbuyingexperience.com/ Horrified what happened to this person. Any thoughts?
  5. UPDATE: Replaced pressure sensor under trunk (passenger side) - A/C works just fine now. Looks like the car didn't need a new compressor afterall.
  6. UPDATE: All fans are coming on. New compressor (aftermarket) installed but A/C still doesn't work. Mechanic further inspected wires/fuses and determined that no power is getting to the compressor. Power is going to low pressure switch, wants to replace to see if problem resolves. Charged $150 or 1.5hrs for diagnosis + replacing switch - does this sound accurate price/diagnosis wise? Otherwise problem is A/C computer module. Please help!
  7. UPDATE: Installed an aftermarket compressor and still nothing. Pressure switch is receiving current and fuses are OK. The compressor isn't turning on, my mechanic believes it could be the aftermarket compressor sensor? Turns out this sensor isn't sold separately either, any other thoughts on what this could be? http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-AC-A-C-Compres...cb8&vxp=mtr Bummed.
  8. UPDATE: Turns out another compressor was tested and the issue still exists. Any other thoughts?
  9. My A/C suddenly started blowing warm air - freon level was checked (full). The issue is likely the compressor, evidently any V8 Audi driveshaft powered compressor will work. Any recommendations on the cheapest source for replacement? Mechanic claims compressor needs to be replaced with 90% certainty - would appreciate input on further diagnosing my issue. Thanks!
  10. Thanks for the input guys. The key turning issue went away on it's own after a few weeks?
  11. I recently went through the same thing and basically ended up with this: Motor Oil - Motul 5100 5w30 (ordered from FCP Euro) Brake Fluid - Motul RBF 660 (Amazon) Transmission/diff fluid - Factory Agip (comes in 10 gal drum for approx $150/shipped direct from manufacturer). Good luck!
  12. Having issues turning key from 0 to position 2/or starting - takes shaking the wheel for a few minutes before it'll finally turn over. Any idea what would cause this issue? Happens with both keys. Thanks
  13. Hey guys. My car is due for a clutch and have been considering an aftermarket/kevlar version. It seems these heavy duty clutches work well on manual, but have read a number of reports that egear cars have issue with smooth engagement or require frequent PIS adjustments. Whats the final word on these? There are lots of positive reviews, but most local exotic car shops just recommend the factory stuff. I do tons of city driving, so I'd love to get more life out of a clutch. Just hate to buy one and have to frequently visit my tuner to adjust the clutch settings. Any thoughts?
  14. Found a local company that resurfaces the OEM clutch w/ the factory disk for $1200 - anyone have technical input or experience with this product? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lamborghini-Gallar...b08&vxp=mtr Thanks!
  15. Appreciate the input guys. I haven't done any service work yet, the rate per hr is just insanely high. Anyone know a reasonable mechanic in Miami who isn't trying to get rich off a fluid change?
