  1. Finally! The captain engages with some proper dissection of the issues rather than some fanboy rhetoric.
  2. Indeed. In the UK, there is a forum called Pistonheads which is full of test pilots, photographers, losers and shopping car owners who like to post on the exotic car sections with their opinions, recently formed by reading Autocar or watching top gear. Not an owner in sight and it shows.
  3. Hey Hovik, Chips, Vbox... Smell the coffee, the V is a spare parts abortion compared to what F and McL are doing. Its not just me, listen to Chris H
  4. Its not just me that wants a DCT box, 2013 worthy engine and an interior thats not based on a 2005 Audi. Come back when you have a V10 and V12 in the garage and aren't forming your opinions on the odd test drive or photoshoot.
  5. They are lagging big time, the V is a joke versus the P1 or LaF. The 911 has had 3 generations within the G's product lifecycle. No need to educate me, I'm a multi Lambo owner not a keyboard warrior, check out my avatar :-)
  6. IMHO, they are spending the $$ on bodykits rather than engineering innovations. The competition are pulling away big time. I want Lambo to do something that leaps forward. This is not it unless you're a fanboy.
  7. Just hugely disappointing. McLaren and Ferrari are both producing high end 900BHP+ hybrids and we get a parts bin rebodied A. Lambo just totally run out of ideas or money. 200 BHP behind with no engineering worth speaking of. Compared to the competition, its just deadbeat.
  8. Not seen it myself but hope so!
  9. Well done Chris Harris, you've got bigger balls than anyone else who's in the car mag world. But it doesn't take a journo to spell out what Ferrari are like, just look at F1. The cheating, the lies, the spin, the team orders, the posturing with the FIA, the whole thing stinks and they'd never get away with it in any other sphere of sport or business. I personally wouldn't own one - the brand is too polluted by liars and posers. Just look at the 458 where the factory provide 2 cars for road tests, one for straight lines and one for corners, what a joke! Not sure about Lambo, but IMHO, the good guys out there are Porsche. Their cars usually perform better than their stated numbers e.g. 997 Turbo S
  10. Yes Ecnelis, you're right, I now know its a repost, sorry I didn't get to page 19 of the LP700 thread. I think there's a slight problem here. Discussion on the best car Lambo have ever made is all confined to one thread (75% of which is conjecture and BS). How about a new forum? Anyway, I thought it looked amazing at the Sant #### preview. Mine's coming in matt black
  11. At 210mph I back off...the car is still accelerating... http://www.autocar.co.uk/News/NewsArticle/AllCars/254451/ Sounds like we're in for a treat!
  12. Bump - any more on the Tecnocraft?
  13. Thanks No mods yet but thinking about exhaust and airbox as per the other thread
