  1. Definitely agree. I respect the fact that they are doing what they want opposed to what others would want them to do.

  3. I was expecting a few of you to be in these fields, I could be wrong!
  4. Hey guys, Whether your professional, institutional, or at home, I'm curious as to what trading software/brokerage you go through. I'm looking to get some ideas as to who else I should be contacting. Also, if you could, please provide for us your trading style, are you equities, if so, long term, short term, day trade, HFT, algo trader, etc. If not equities than futures, same questions apply. There is no need to disclose your strategy or how you make money, this is more of a review based thread for me to get some educated opinions on this matter. Thanks in advance.
  5. I had the chance to check it out the day before it left. From what I have heard, it is being shipped to it's owner in China/Japan. The P1 is easily the most breathtaking car I have ever seen in person, truly amazing. Too bad it will no longer be offered by Mclaren, I guess I'll have to find someone who has similar taste to my own to buy it from in the future!
  6. Thanks for the info! I was referring even to the rolling races they did. Seemed like the Agera spun a few times. Although the video you provided seemed like the Agera kept traction very well from 0.
  7. Have you skipped over the various videos online of the agera racing the bugatti? It spins...and spins..Considering the One:1 has roughly 200 more HP and is a bit lighter, I don't see just how much better it can be. It's a RWD car with 1300+ HP, traction is never going to be comparable to an AWD car. Even the agera R was not putting all it's power down most of the time. I can't imagine the One:1, even with improved gearbox and suspension. But this is just speculation, we will see in time!
  8. Lol yup, it's the reason we have 1800HP cars and 50,000 sq. ft. homes! Of coarse, no reason to take offense. I feel it's a greatly valuable skill! I have another business I am in the process of rolling out and it has a huge emphasis on web/programming so I wanted to learn what I could. Feel free to message me if you ever have any questions, I'm not great, so I may not know your question, but it could help me further learn in the process! Here is a link to my build, if you would like you can take a look over it! If anyone else would like to check out what may be my final spec list, feel free, I'd like to get some extra approval http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1FTM52 Thanks!
  9. The time will come where I will definitely have a backup setup, it's just not today! When the money flows in I will definitely contact you to go over all of the failsafes I can get! :-D If I order my HDD raid setup from a website I assume they will set it up for me? Lol yeah, no offense! I actually do have a descent amount of computer knowledge I'm not a total idiot. I learned programming/web design in college and continued teaching myself after that. So clueless, yes, helpless, no. Oh okay that's great! I COULD, but just as you have a habbit of over stressing and protecting, I have a habit of having much more than I need at the time lol. Would you mind taking a look at the build I put together and possibly switching some parts around that I don't need. I really don't fully understand the graphics cards, motherboard, etc.
  10. Also, Keep in mind that over time I will be able to add components if I need to. I'm aware that with my current budget I will NOT be able to get every single thing I could ever need. When more money comes in I will put more into the computer and anything I need. For now I'm trying to keep a larger portion of my capital to put towards investing. I could EASILY drop another 500-750 on things mentioned just in the last page lol. But I really am trying to stay around the $15-1600 range.
  11. Makes sense yes! I have literally been stressing about this computer since I decided to get one, can't sleep right, having trouble doing other things Lol. Definitely will be incredibly happy when it's ordered. Is there anyway to backup the info on my SSD to something else? So that if something goes wrong with the SSD I don't need to purchase a whole new windows OS? I am going to have a laptop for moments where I don't have access to the computer, internet dies, or computer malfunctions. Basically just a mediocre laptop that will allow me to do some average level trading. Sorry but what is Acronis/Ghost? I would basically only be losing the OS and trading programs, which are mostly free with accounts at various brokerages. UNLESS, there is a way to backup my information on the SSD to something else. Than I could just go out and buy/order another SSD, upload my data that has been saved elsewhere, and continue doing what I was doing.
