  1. Identical to my first Countach. I miss that car, should have never got rid of it.
  2. But the two photos have different wings. Sure it is the same car ?
  3. I heard they are looking to get something like $600,000.00.
  4. Go Mifune no need to call me a COWARD and no need to accuse me of spreading lies and rumors. When this car went up for sale I remembered it well. The only reason I said what I said was because I saw Roy blow up when our board member l8braker mentioned about the damage history and Roy shot him down. I am not talking any BULLSHIT here as you have accused me. I saw that car many times while it sat at Gilroy and was told every word I said. I did not spew forth anything along the lines of Joe Blow in Connecticutt told me blah blah blah. I saw the car torn down and THAT CLEARLY WAS NOT BEING DONE FOR A "respray" of the nose. Roy denied it and I merely stated what I TOO SAW WITH MY OWN TWO EYES. I was even told that Statefarm (if I remember correctly) had paid out that exhorbitant amount of money, that too. NOTHING MADE UP BY ME but just what I was told at the shop. Now were they bullshitting me I don't know. If I had not seen the car personally I would have stayed away from this discussion. For sure if the car was being driven at 15 miles per hour there was no need to go into a ditch and definitely if only a ditch no need to do that "expensive" metal work but you know what I DO NOT CARE. I saw what I saw and what I saw sure made sense with what I was told. I did not dream it. I will not take this any further.and there is no need to call me a COWARD or anything else. I am not calling you any names. Either Roy just decided to lie about the damage history or you did not tell Roy the whole story and you know what I DO NOT CARE. I have nothing against you and I will not take this any further. I just got in from Martha's Vineyard and am very tired. Congratulations on acquiring that SE30. I will not post any further in this thread.
  5. I was told by Al Burtoni himself about the car going off the road, through a fence, etc. I also recall him telling me the insurance company had paid out ~70,000 for the extensive damages sustained. No bullshit on my part. Going into a ditch and causing minor damage cannot justify $70,000 in repairs. Again, only what I was told. I saw all that sheet metal off the car, never saw the car immediately after the mishap. The car had sat there months already and I was back several times putting it into the one year perspective I mentioned. Post your photos is all I say. Words mean nothing right now. I posted what I saw and was told and only because Roy merely passed it off as a front end respray. That's all. Post your photos.
  6. No kidding here. I know this car. I saw it while it sat at Al Burtoni's shop many times over several months. My car was in and out for things and I would check the progress on this Countach. I would say it sat there probably for around one year. It was a front end wreck, supposedly the owner lost control and went off the road and through some fence, poles, something like that I was told. To deny the accident history and merely pass it off as a front end respray is just plain raping another prospective Lamborghini owner. I hope no one gets cheated on this one. The repairs were looking good but I never again saw it at completion. Needless to say I would not mind having this car but to pass it off as a primo example of a DD and trying to get top dollar as such is plain bullshit. Billy Boy
  7. Where did Cats go? Well, Billy Mummy wished him into the cornfield.
