  1. I've done some low fly-bys in Cessnas and Pipers but in a Privare Jet, that's just a higher level. You guys have awesome customers!
  2. Great Rubber Burning New Year everybody!
  3. Just found this thread. Nah, an hour ago I found this thread. Been reading since... And I can only say you're doing an awesome job! Thanks for letting us follow you!
  4. I think the real number of women owning Lamborghinis is even smaller. I'm quite sure there are quite a few Lambos registered on wifes, mothers and sisters for tax reasons and similar. My 911 is "owned" by my wife, she's never even driven it...
  5. I'm not convinced. It does not have that WOW of earlier Lambos. As a fan I hope the design will grow on me but at the moment I'm not in line to my local dealer to trade up.
  6. If you do track days make sure you fit in the car with a helmet, I'm 6'3 and I bounce my head in there all the time.
  7. Lots of talk about engine output, displacement and horsepower. One thing that makes me curious though, is there anybody that knows what a Lambo V10 weighs? And compared with the Ferrari and McLaren engines? It sure feels like a heavy piece when driving!
  8. I own a 2006 SE. It's a hell of a car! (In a positive way.) Have I hade more money I would have gone for the newer one but hey, I can't say that I would have had THAT much more fun? The Gallardo is not a refined car anyway. It's a brute, a noisy and rough piece of automotive engineering. It's flawed in many ways, both as a track day car and as a boulevardier. But any Gallardo will give you that smile on your face, any Gallardo will produce attention where ever you go. Make sure you get the right car and if you can afford the newer one I'm sure you will appreciate it's qualities but the difference is not the end of the world.
  9. Caught on the 'ring! Sounds like there's still a V10 but those shifts, anyone more than me that think that sounds dual clutch? http://bridgetogantry.com/2/index.php/home...he-nuerburgring
  10. Said I'd never wear any gold but I cheated a LITTLE:
  11. Drove my G on an old Soviet era military airfield. (A week after buying it - achieved the second highest top speed so far... Can't deny loving the autobahn!) Five angles, two rounds, one with two cameras, the next one with three. I especially like the one were the camera simply folds because of the air speed...
  12. I couldn't agree more. I could imagine going a step lower and stiffer but I will always keep the stock look. Lamborghini has made such a great job designing this car, who am I to ruin it?
