  1. Three threads down in this section is the 'I love my new to me car" thread lol....now it's being dismantled.
  2. Fcuk Damon and his liberal anti 2nd amendment hypocrisy. Profits off violent gun filled movies and rants against gun ownership off screen. NEVER get a dime of mine.
  3. I have to agree 100% with Twin here. I dug up pictures of my 08 just before I sold it. Lowered on stock coils, 15mm wheel spacers and RSC front bumper conversion. I think this should make it an easy decision for you. Best of luck with the new car!!
  4. Ummmm no. Do the bumper and the rims and calipers lower the car on the factory shocks and it will look updated and modernized but still have the '08 rawness. Best of both worlds.
  5. Car looks fantastic La Brit. My ACR-E is being shipped to an upstate NY dealer today to have the differential replaced, there was a recall on a few specific VIN numbers that got bad ones. Have to say, Dodge has been totally accommodating with this annoyance. There are no quality Dodge dealers on Long Island so I sourced a guy upstate. Dodge is paying for enclosed transport to and from dealer and let me pick the transporter and dealer myself no questions asked. All they want is a faxed receipt and they'll issue me a check. Have to give them credit for top quality customer service.
  6. Gee.....maybe he has a certain budget which is why he's asking about '08's.
  7. I bought my SL from John as well...straight shooter no complaints at all.
  8. Got to say that's the first time I have heard LOD called an abysmal dealer, and I bought my SL from them with no issues and know quite a few guys who have bought from them. Anyway, that SL they have had a long time and the price hasn't really dropped that much. It's had a few owners and been to Hawaii and back in it's travels. I KNOW they won't come down much on it, my friend offered 151K for it two months ago and the wouldn't take it.
  9. The trouble with the R8 is you have to continually tell everyone it's 'just like" a Gallardo. But nobody really believes it. Including yourself.
  10. For MANY months with no end in sight. Gave up and got the Bridgestone's.
  11. The Potenza S-04 Pole Position Bridgestone's Max Performance best bang for the buck and have great reviews.
  12. The information in step 4 regarding the sump plug and the engine block plug is erroneous and has been repeated many times incorrectly. You need two sockets. This is OEM assuming no mechanic has changed them. Oil tank is 8mm Hex. Engine block oil plug is M10 triple square serrated. YOU WILL STRIP THE ENGINE BLOCK PLUG IF YOU ATTEMPT TO USE THE SAME 8MM HEX.
  13. Well snap I just listed my 2008 Superleggera for sale as I have this incoming. My 6th Viper. If this is truly the last generation of Viper....The extreme ACR is the one to get.
  14. They have a great feel to them love mine. Keep it looking good with a cleaning now and then and it also revives the fibers. Mine is original on my SL and still looks pretty good.
