Assman Report post Posted March 9, 2017 Thanks man! You are saying you owned this car? I think he was saying he bought some carfaxes and that was the last one he had since unlimited option is gone you can buy like 4 for just a few dollars more than one. Are you selling the POS for a more family car?

Are you selling the POS for a more family car? I have 2 cars right now (Accord and Z) since I have a really long daily drive of 56 miles round trip. I am considering consolidating to 1 car like an new M3, M4, M5, GTR, Tesla Model S (would be smartest), or E class

The car is a Sherman Oaks local car, and I often use that dealer because they are the closest to me. That dealership has more than the national average of lemons, but they also have pretty bad service. My X6M sat there for a week on what was to be a two day job and they never gave updates. Smash Boy Report post Posted March 19, 2017 If very serious about a car I'd recommend Autocheck over Carfax (or in combination at least). Carfax missed some frame damage on a GTO I bought. When I went to sell it years later, the Autocheck showed the damage and Carfax still didn't. There was subtle evidence a few months after owning the car that the car had previously been in some kind of accident, but it was never bad enough to affect ownership, just the later sale. IanMan Report post Posted March 19, 2017 I'm willing to bet good money that that's not her. FYI, the F10 M5's are almost unbreakable and have the least amount of issues out of all M5's to date. I think it's a good choice.

We gotta meet up next time I'm in LA. Josh said you were busy last time or something. We went canyon cruising and had a blast! I didn't know you had an X6M. Great cars! I can't wait to get another E60 M5. Nothing like that V10 and instant throttle response. Right now, I'm rocking the E90 M3. Not to say that BMW quality isn't shit these days, but this is now an artform to lemon a BMW. Before putting on UV paint to detect tampering, lots of people used to short the MAF, tweak an injector, or do something like trick the oil sensor in to acting full but draining oil and redlining the car until it smoked. Tweaking the boost levels it also interesting or running viscous E85 on an unmodified system. Glendale answers yes to the question, "can you lease a lemon-lawed salvage titled car?" I have lemoned three late model BMW's, owned 9 so far. 2009 335i M Sport Sedan - well-known fuel pump issue. Should have been a recall. 2011 X5d. Engine check light that BMW could not clear. 2012 M3 Sedan, blown engine. We currently have 2 BMW's a 2014 and 2015, no issues yet. BMW quality has dropped, but they still drive well and if they will take them back, I will keep buying them.
