Oil changes with oil filter, pollen filters,wiper blades and new drain bolt every 10k miles, reset service reminder with scan tool and erase fault memory. 20k is the same but with a brake fluid flush. wheel lug bolt torque 105 ft lbs. All services up to the 40k should be covered as with everything else you listed. The parts guy at the local Bentley dealer can print the screen on any exploded view you will need. As far as downloading and printing service manuals, it would take hours or days to print all the info the awd models.
