I would never sign a contract like that for any car, once we exchanged your desired amount for goods and services they are mine to do as I please with, I’d agree to such deal if the vendor would share in my loses, I’d pay them 60% of RRP hold the rest and if in two years I sell under my purchase price I can make up the difference from the deposit.
