JanDaMan Report post Posted May 4, 2017 Has anyone actually heard what the Murci alarm sounds like, such as if someone somehow was able to open the car door when it is armed? Just curious because I am only used to the chime when arming & disarming and wondering if it has a loud alarm at all, or maybe the alarm function is really to prevent the car from starting rather than making a loud sound. JanDaMan Report post Posted May 5, 2017 Thanks for the info, as I was not sure how to test it to hear it. I figured that shutting down the car with the switch in the engine bay and turning it back on would set it off, but that's not the case. Some car alarms get set off that way.
