  1. I think the gear whine is normal, haven't ridden in any other Miuras so i'm not sure, maybe an owner or someone else that rode in one can give some insight.
  2. It was done before he owned the car. I believe he said the car was sent back to the factory for the Jota treatment. I don't know much about the history of the Miuras, but he said it was a fairly popular modification that many people wanted to have done to their cars, so I think the factory was doing them fairly often.
  3. I know I don't post here very often, but I felt compelled to share this video with you all. Don't see Miura videos too often. I had the privilege of riding in this beautiful 1969 Miura a couple days ago, and man was it an awesome experience. This car was so far ahead of it's time. Love it. Hope you enjoy the video:
  4. Lol nope, I wish! DoctaM3 just wanted to check out the car before it was shipped out to it's new owner.
  5. Some of you may know DoctaM3 on here. This used to be his car. Here are some of the videos he took during our visit:
  6. The guys at Underground Racing were kind enough to show us around for an afternoon and even gave us a ride in the car! I was blown away. Here's the two videos I took of the car. I'll be posting more videos from Underground Racing in the next few days on my YouTube channel.
  7. I think it's pretty cool that you can get the same rims and paint shade for both cars, other people think it's kinda cheap of Porsche to use the same rims on both the Panamera Turbo and 911 Turbo. Thoughts? I think they look great!
  8. Maybe it's because I'm from Pittsburgh but I LOVE the black and yellow, I agree it needs black rims instead, then it would be perfect!
  9. Yeah the silver rendering is very very close. It looks much better in person. That's only half of the car too, the back end is just as crazy.
  10. The picture of the yellow one is fairly close. Has a lot of the right elements. Proportions are all wrong though, headlights are wrong, but otherwise it looks very close to that rendering, kinda surprised they got so close actually. Red one got the bumper wrong.
  11. Yeah you would think so, I dunno why they don't have any.
  12. I feel bad for the guy, must be nerve-racking. You could smell the clutch afterwards...hope they don't move these cars often.
  13. Yeah, did feel a little tight, not much headroom (and I'm only 5'9), but it really did feel like a cockpit, was snug, but not uncomfortable. I liked the feel. Seats could have had more bolstering, but that will come. Otherwise the interior was fantastic.
  14. Definitely a big change. I disagree with the people that say the styling is more evolutionary than revolutionary. There is no way anyone will get this car confused with the Murcie. This car is very sharp and bold from every angle.
