Took my 2004 e-gear murci into twisties on a mountain pass up HWY 33 behind Ojai, CA today. I was under the impression that the car was not good on curves, but that is just not true. It held on tight with no detectable slippage on many many turns and cornered very flat. It was just point and go. I am very impressed with how it handled. I'll have to dl a few of the pics I took and post them.

What tires are you running?

Awesome! So how is the clutch going, and I assume the alignment that was done right before you got it did wonders? The car was very fun to drive, and felt well planted.

Mike, the clutch is great and the alignment is dead center.

i was under the impression that having different size wheels front and back could cause troubles for the VT system?

This car is perfect. No scrathes or holes in the front bumper or anywere else in the car. The smoothed and painted gloss black on the bottom of the rear trunk lid just make it look totally fininshed. Something I would have thought should have been done in the factory instead of black spray paint attack kills a rattlesnake can.
