Finally I got some nice pics for you guys of my Manual 6speed SV, out in the real world !

Took the SV down to South France for a long bday wend. Fantastic! People just go absolutely bonkers when they see the car!! A bit dangerous sometimes on the roads when they stare at the car so much they kinda end up driving closer and closer, its like a magnet! Stopped in Monaco at the Casino as well, immediately a huge swarm of people covered the car, taking pics nonstop.

I love the 6speed manual. It just never gets boring trying to get the shifts perfectly. You really need to man handle it, really tug and push the gears into place, otherwise it won't slot properly and u end up crunching the gears (which unfort has happened once on the trip ) However one u get used to that it is an absolute joy to use!

The stability of the car is insanely good. The confidence you get driving it, is immense. The highway from milan to allessandria and down to genoa is amazing ... some places are quite bumpy, but u can just blast your way over them. Places where i would lift in the POS, are just full throttle in the SV! And i thought big V12 lambs aren't supposed to inspire confidence, I'm gladly surprised

Then the super fast flowing bends of the highway along the coast from Genoa to Cannes (mainly the Italian part I'm talking about obviously) are a must for anyone who hasn't driven them before. I mustve driven that route about 12 times now, and never ever gets boring, as long as the weather is dry and not too much traffic. But with a Rosso Vik SV approaching fast in the rear view mirrors Italians get out of the way incredibly quick!!! Here again the amazing chassis suspension and that massive rear wing create such downforce and a supple connected ride , it is a joy to drive and connect to such a pleasant beast.

Ohh .... and that italian v12 shriek from 5k rpm upwards, just never gets boring!! sends the hairs on the back of your head standing , and wanting more more moooooorreee !! it does need to be rev'd compared to the ZR1 ... but then again everything would feel like that after getting used to over 7k km the past weeks with 1,000+ nm starting at just below 3k rpm in the POS! Love that red line being 8k+ rpm, but I still sometimes find myself upshifting at 6-6.5k rpm .

Absolutely love driving it .... and then I get out .... look at what i've been driving ... and i could be satisfied just looking at it all day! The day i get/build my own house, there will be parking in the living room! Hate it being parked in the underground garage at mom!

Congratulations on owning such a beautiful car & in quite a rare colour too, I believe.

Are you thinking of visiting God's own Scalextric track sometime..?

Thanks for the write-up and glad you are enjoying a proper Lambo! I drove many of those roads when I was there last summer and loved it!
