  1. This device would need to reset many logs that are held in all sorts of ecu's on the car in question and they would all need to jive with each other, for instance it needs to reset the miles per gear. clutch uses, carbon break wear etc. What about state records if this is used on cars from 2010? how will the mileage on the emissions reports be fudged. Not saying it is not happening but it would be a really hard thing to accomplish with no trace.

  4. The coating on the switches degrades and feels sticky or gooey, it can happen to a bunch of euro cars but mostly Lambo, Ferrari and Maserati check out www.sticknomore.com I think its not a question of if but when your buttons will go sticky
  5. Had a shop do it while the car was being serviced and inspected, they sent the parts to stickynomore and I am very happy with the results.

  7. If that is true and we are unable to find a cross over or a repair kit that will really piss me off. Water pumps are pretty much sure to leak at some point.

  9. I replied a few days ago that my LP640 has done this from new from the LHS air intake when cold and at idle.
  10. I hear that noise sometimes when my car is idling and just started, It has never been a problem and goes away when the car is warm and at higher than idle revs, no idea what it is, I just thought it was some sort of reverb through the air box and intake.
  11. You probably need to know the spec on the taper also?
  12. A Cadillac forum talks about mixing water and alcohol, pouring in and sloshing around then pouring out?
  13. Wonder if we have access to try this, not sure what solvent they are using?
  14. Any one had experience with a company called " Murcielago headlights" that say they will dismantle and clean the internal of the murci lights for $500 each? Any other recommended companies? Mine are getting cloudy and as it is in having some work done including de stickying some of the switch gear I thought I may have the lights done also.
  15. www.tirestickers.com seem to have a professional website and offer 3 or 4 different methods of application from peel and stick to permanent heat sealed.
  16. Saw Justin Biebers F458 with a liberty walk body kit sell on Barret Jackson yesterday, looks like it had the tire stickers on.
  17. Double Dammmmm, that got me on the edge of my seat.
  18. That must be for a pressurized hose with crimped end fittings, the front one that is mentioned is just a length of straight hose with worm drive clamps by the looks of it?

  22. It was years ago but I still get a lump in my throat when I see a pearl yellow murci.
  23. From memory of others asking the same, I think the reply was that early cars had some sort of vent in that area that can be ignited by exhaust flames when standing still. Don't sue me if I am wrong though.
