  1. Thanks for your comments. I have outlined your concerns below. Intercooler System: We designed our Intercooler System to be very efficient during day to day street driving and under extreme performance conditions. We decided to install our water reservoir in the rear of the vehicle rather than using up the very small amount of trunk space that is available up front in the Gallardo. As an extra benefit during track and dyno events we designed our water reservoir to be easily accessible featuring a 6" wide screw top to allow you to add ice to the water system for added performance. To cool the water for day to day street use we use a low restriction air/water heat exchanger with a high rate of heat transfer to cool the water in the system. We also use a high performance water pump specifically chosen to supply the proper flow and pressure requirements to achieve maximum efficiency. Our system is designed for Maximum Performance during day to day street use AND extreme performance conditions... not just one or the other. Cold Air Tubes: Our air tubes are designed to supply cold air with the shortest length tubes and lowest restriction. As far as heat from the exhaust effecting the air temp there is little to no effect. We use top of the line NASA heat shielding that is not visible from the pictures you have seen. There is minimal heat transfer from the exhaust to the cold air tubes. Running the cold air tubes thru the engine compartment wouldn't be a good idea because of the constant heat soak from the engine, exhaust and transmission. Exhaust: There is no air being forced back towards either side and the exhaust bend transitions are very smooth. We have designed this exhaust system to give great power results and a great sound. It can be easily configured at no cost for different customer sound or performance preferences.   3. I was not going to short cut the intercooler and worry about a little extra weight. We are also able to run ICE which will have HUGE gains in power and performance as I will demonstrate soon. This Lambo runs and drives like STOCK! Handling? Pictures of the custom suspension coming soon. All though it is custom aftermarket suspension it has air-lift.

  7. Thought I would move this over here to the TT section from "Performance Modifications" Here is a picture of the first G TT that is nearing completion. We are using the new 62 mm BILLET wheels dual ball bearing water cooled turbo's. These turbo's in testing have been demonstrated to be more efficient than the standard GT-35 R. This will aid in faster spooling and more RWHP. Also we are heat coating all of the hot side housing with "cool black" from Calico coatings. The SS polished air intake tubes are hidden and go up through the top of the rear inner fender to capture the fresh air from where the factory setup picks it up. We also did this for a clean overall appearance. This particular customer wanted his G TT to be on the loud side so we went with a short custom Burns race muffler while having an X for the crossover in this 3" cat back. Longer mufflers will be available for the customers that want a more stealth system. More pictures coming soon.
