  1. From a marketing perspective, it is less of a headline if he is attending many events. But we are glad to have him, it is nice that he did not retire and become a recluse like others have.
  2. LM002.... if one could be found in that budget!
  3. Just two months from now... who is attending? About 120 registered so far, 75 bringing a Lamborghini. Owners from Europe, America, Asia, and South Africa! https://www.mymotorland.net/valentino-balboni/
  4. Looks like you guys had a great event! I was going to attend with some friends, but the date slipped by me somehow....
  5. Amazing finish.... full covered with special behind the scenes photos in the next issue of La Vita Lamborghini magazine!
  6. Anyone headed down to watch the Lamborghini GT3 in Daytona? The weather will be a bit nicer than Michigan.. so I am thinking about it! (and I have never been to a GT3 event, it looks like a great time!) Link to register and more info on the event.
  7. I like it...... and cannot wait to see it again on Monday! I will be posting photos!!
  8. Ummm something does not look right about that yellow car with the Countach nameplate..
  9. From the guy's FB page.. perhaps this is his car. Photo even watermarked with the Serata Italiana logo.
  10. Anyone know who these guys are? For some reason they decided to use a logo that belongs to the Lamborghini Club America. In 2012 we sat with our graphic designer and created this logo to represent the rebirth of the Lamborghini Club Gala in Monterey: Serata Italiana. https://serataitaliana.com/ Now "SuperCars of Florida" believes the logo is better suited for them? LOL Shirts, banners, printed materials... what was this guy thinking?
  11. Yesterday I had the fortunate opportunity to see the production version of the URUS... I really like it, and I think it will sell very well! It will certainly be the Lamborghini of SUV's! Photos will be posted on Monday December 4th! Who has placed pre-orders? I think you made a good decision!
  12. Good question. Want: -play media from my phone -better sound (the speakers in the door are junk) -all while keeping the look classy and not super mod'd (in my 06 Murci, I updated the single DIN unit to the LP640 double DIN unit.. which was still in good taste and gave a nice upgrade!) Would be a bonus: -a sharper backup cam (but the oem cam would be compatible with a new head unit)
  13. I have had about enough with the oem radio/nav system... an improvement needs to be made. But, I feel strongly about not modding my own cars unless VERY tasteful and not ruining the image of the car. (or value for that matter) So, what options do I have? Is the head unit any better in the Gallardos after 2010? (maybe I could swap to a later model unit) Do I replace the head unit with a modern Alpine, and just save all the old parts and keep them in the garage? This is the unit I am thinking about: https://alpine-usa.com/product/view/apple-c...id-auto-ilx-207 No CD player which feels weird at first and like I need it for some reason... but I have not listened to a CD in the car in years! lol (Alpine is my choice because it has been an OEM choice for Lamborghini in years past... but yes, I know it's still not original)
  14. Just two months from now... and we will see:)
  15. Features that I am glad I did: -air compressor in attic (much less noise, and out of the way) -sub panel by man door (I can easily shutoff any breakers including air compressor) -wall mount garage door opener Things I wish I did different: -install cameras before finishing all drywall.. would have been easier! -use a commercial floor epoxy instead of residential quality crap from home depot (I had to have it re-done) Air port and 240vac receptacle:
  16. Lots of good advice here! Some photos of what my garage currently looks like.
  17. Guys, a friend of mine is building a new home and garage.. and has asked my advice on the garage build. (and this has me thinking of doing some upgrades to refresh my garage) Curious to what feedback you have on lessons learned, or things you would have done better next time... let's see what you guys have in mind! One thing that I will always do in future that I love is the wall mount opener, much cleaner and saves a lot of ceiling space! For lighting... anyone install flush mount LED's yet? I have florescent flush mount fixtures in my garage.. nice and clean, but I am ready for LED soon to get rid of the low hum that can be heard with florescent)
  18. I believe the name is "Miura Scandal." Hard to think of a better color name than that!
  19. Destination... everyone made it there safe, and Lamborghini Manhattan had a customer's Centenario on display!
  20. First of all, nice work Hovik! (it takes a TON of time & energy to put on any sort of sports car event... the amount of small & big details, items to stay on top of.. it's a lot!) This was my first BullFest, and I had a great time.. I got to meet many LP members and Lamborghini Club America members that I had not yet met in person! (Finally got to meet ToofDoc in person as well!) And of course, many old friends: Team Salamone, Steve from Interstate, and more! Photos from the start location....
  21. Depends on the buyer.. some people just look at the odometer and don't care about much else. (until the repair bill comes!) And then others only care about the records... However with that said, it seems like buyers in general are caring less and less about the cars with higher miles as long as they are maintained. So, drive and enjoy! Cats buys and sells a ton of lambos.. they would have a pretty educated opinion on this topic as well.
