I remember being at the unveiling of the Aventador and the talk was that no more than 4000 units would be produced . Like usual, economics take precedence over exclusivity .
It is however best bang for the buck in the supercar market and to this day looks better than anything the competition offers

Don’t buy one till you can afford to piss away the money and not worry about depreciation, almost all cars are a depreciating asset , buying one on a shoestring will ruin the experience and stress you out

I agree with you , i find the comments very aggravating , everybody is an expert and endless criticism by a bunch of losers . I think the auctions are doing very well for the owners of the site, it seems the staff is very aggressive with pressuring the sellers to agree to low reserves . I would never auction a car on the site but i almost did buy a car at one of their auctions couple of years back , got outbid sadly.
