  1. That is all correct, but i can tell you the driver is the biggest factor on the Nordschleife, and between a Amateur, semi proffesional and professional are easy 10-15 sec gap on this track. (Vittel vs Gebhard in this case) Christian Gebhard had a time of 7:07 in the huracan performante supertest, vs 6:52 Malpello record lap 6:58 in the Gt2 Rs, vs 6:47 Lars Kern record lap. That is the delta from semiproffesionel to prodriver. Or the otheway if i am in my 2Rs on the nordschleife, and there is a 3rs with a semi professional driver, he will overtake me easly, just by his capapilitys to brake later, corner faster, caring more speed out, despit me having 180hp more in the car. Somehow frustrating but the truth. Of course on shorter tracks and more Gp style track, with roll out aerias, the delta is smaller therefor to make a conclusion out of 2 cars driven by 2 different level driver is just not correct and gives you wrong impression of the cars

If you read the video discritpion you will.noticed: performante on the video was driven by Christian Gebhard from Sport auto (for Sportauto magtest) and not Marco Mapelli which did the record attempt on the Huracan performante 2017 with 6:52 minutes. The record of the Gt2 Rs by Lars Kern was 6:47 and in 2018 with the Gt2 Rs Mr 6:40 minutes. So both cars driven by facory drivers on record attemps are separated by 5 secs and by 12 secs by the MR spec. this ist not speculation but facts, this figures are everywhere Maybe we could met up on the Ring, im a couple of times there per year and traking some of my cars, (2rs and also the performante). You would realise were the 2 Rs makes ground on the performante, given both driver are the same.
  3. completly apple vs orange. Gt2 Rs Mr driven by non professional driver Sebastian VITTEL (not VETTEL). Hi is just a frequent Nürburgring driver on an open track day with about 80 cars on the track and 24 degres temp. Performante delivered by factory and the track was closed for track record attempt, driver Gebhard semi proffesionel. 12 degrees temp. (different days) Between does drivers are around 15sec gap of skills Driver skills the same, between the 2 Rs and Performante is a gap of 10 - 12 secs on the nordschleife and the Mr package saves an other 4-5 secs of in favor of the RS. descritpion of the video below

  5. no, the lt version will be the end of this series, so therfore no more cars above it in this serie, like the the speciale on the 458 plattform, but limited to 500cars. if i am right the 08 superleggera wasnt a limited model per se and pricewise clother to its base vesrion then the 675 is to its base version. (350k usd is almost aventador level) mclaren will make on every series an lt version also on the upcomging baby mclaren series p13 or what ever it will be called and presented in a few days. next project is the mp15 a completly new plattform above the superseries (650s) witch will be launched in 2 years around somewhere north of 700hp. Anyhow i dont get this car to hold its value i get it for driving and i am convinced that, expect the hypercars, the performance will be class leading by far
  6. if you speaking about the 675lt i disagre. 500 cars worldwide including left and righthanddrive dont flood the market. 120 cars for europe. that isnt mutch. hade already 2 personne to get my build slot vs some extra cash.. i do think the lt could keep its value pretty well
  7. having payd deposit and a reserved build slot for september build i will make decision at Geneva. only 120 cars come to europe including righthande drive as well. a total of 500cars will be made. Price wise 650s x 1.3 plus options. Lift system is standart. Will be simular priced here in Europe to the Aventador coupe. Performance 0-100 2.9. 0-200 7.9 sec
  8. great race. if i got you right, your tune is just the exhaust or are you runing an other ecu aswell what are the hp gains from your tune. I thought so far there was only the factory tune which gives some more power in the midrange but not more peak power. What speed was the 650s clocking. I think as quicker you go as more should the power and gearing adventage of the aventador shine over the 650s on highspeed.

  10. Could be who knows.. But up to 300 km/h there is almost 5-6 sec gap between aventador and huracan. So either the v12 dös performe extreme good on highspeed or the v10 is rather poor on highspeed acceleration. Of course for most people 0-124 mph is more relevant than 0-186mph i guess.
  11. Test off autobild sport cars up to 250 kmh in 15,6 secs quik, but up to 300kmh 29,6 secs. way slower than for example the aventador. Car put down on the dino 631 hp and 575 nm of torque so more than factory. so far i found 2 numbers for 0-300kmh for the hurricane Sport Auto 27,6 and this one in 29,6. maybe temperature was playing a big role in here pics from germancarforum of this test..
  12. I thpught i just want to share the infos i have from the Sport auto mag wiitch i recieve monthly here in Switzerland. (Sorry for my poor englisch writting). Reading lp already for a while but Never register. Just thought those facts could be interesting
  13. The Video posted shows, aventador Roadster with roof open 0-300 in 25,5 gps Speed vs the huracan in 27,6 0-300 GPS speed. Both done by Sport auto in Different days . The Roadster with roof Open has a Big disadventage. Sport Auto Times, ( issue mai with this test, if i remember well): Aventador 0-300 in 23.9 Aventador Roadster roof closed 0-300 in 24.5 Aventador Roadster roof opend 0-300 in 25,5 All messurmend done Same Day by Sport auto, GPS verified speed Those Apple to apple the lp700 in 23.9 and the huracan in 27.6 sec makes the aventador from 200-300 km/h almost 4 sec faster than the huracan..... (Also tested by Sport auto gps verified) By the way Sport Auto Time for 650s spider 0-300 in 26 sec roof closed. Here again the aventador shows the gearing and power adventag just above 280kmh. For Most People irrelevant... The overheating of the 4 whd of the huracan is due to an incorrect front tyre size used by the factory as the custom tyre werde not ready at this time. Also friction between front tyre and Wheel arch was reported by sport auto wheen turning to the max... (Latest issue july)
