  1. Are you doing geothermal heating for the house and floors and driveway? If not you should really consider it! Our house is all geothermal with a Waterfurnace system... But then again, that's how I make my money I am an HVAC contractor and largest Waterfurnace dealer in the PACNW :-) I second the central vac idea, we have one in our garage, it's very easy to clean out cars with. Radiant floor is nice but it can't cool, so look at mini split systems for cooling, we didn't do radiant in the garage due to cost so we have a mini split that heats and cools our garage. I love the jackknife garage door openers, super quiet.
  2. Congrats, I bought my dream Gallardo in September. I purchased the RSC SL wing and it looks amazing!
  3. Car is a 2005 with E-Gear, and LiveTune TCU tune from RSC
  4. I was invited to a private track day at Oregon Raceway Park a very fun track affectionately known as the "vomit launcher" among driving coaches because of its twists and turns. I had a few good runs in the morning on the dry but cold surface and in the afternoon when I remembered to turn the video on it was wet with standing water and rivers running across the track. My normal times are a 2:01 in the CW configuration and was only able to pull off a 2:12 in the video but you can see many areas where I am coasting and you can't see it in the video but one area that I started to slide a bit. Hope you enjoy! The car I was following was a Palatov D1, which I also had the opportunity to drive and holy fcuking shit its insane. The builder claims it is similar to 1980 formula 1 performance at 1,100 lbs and a 450 HP naturally aspirated V8 with over 2.5 G's of sustained grip and peak in the 3.3+ range. I ran a 1:55 in that car with only 3 laps of testing and a similar car(the D4) with a pro driver ran a 1:39.4 at the track with a 175 HP engine on a 900 lb chassis. Track record is 1.37.1 in a Formula Atlantic
  5. I was looking for PSS for my Aston Martin and nobody had them, come to find out from a friend who works for GM on the corvette side, that they are having issues with the tires so they are on a national hold. I used R888's on my Lotus before going to full slicks and love bed them and currently have Yokohama Neova Advan tires on the Aston that are impressive since no PSS were available.
  6. Installed the RSC TCU tune tonight and what a difference, it feels like I expected E Gear to feel. Sound will be coming soon, I still think my Aston Martin is the best sounding car on the planet, but filters will be in soon then cats/exhaust and tune. Still want a 560 front bumper and carbon fiber SL wing, but need to see a similar color with the wing to see if it looks funky or not.
  7. You rolled up in that car as I was picking up my Gallardo, very mean looking.
  8. My wife said she's ok with me having a mistress(Lambo) but she wouldn't want me having a second wife(Ferrari)
  9. New Lambo owner here Rosso Metis purchased from Cats exotics, Roy will verify, picking my car up this Saturday 2005 EGear Gallardo
  10. Thanks, already have an RSC live tune for the TCU and new filters on the way. I just hope my childhood fantasy of E-gear is as good as expected since my other exotics are manuals.
  11. I have been a car guy my whole life. I loved going fast as a kid and the Ferrari 360 was my first love. In 2006 I was fortunate to get the opportunity to drive a Ferrari 360 and Lamborghini Gallardo back to back and even since then I have wanted a Lamborghini Gallardo with E-Gear. I signed paperwork on the car Friday and pick it up next saturday from Cats Exotics. I will post actual pictures as soon as I get it, but for now, here is the link to the car, which I bought from a forum sponsor. http://www.catsexotics.com/web/used/Lambor...ington/1761475/
  12. This video was epic, at least one person is upfront about the cars in the video since most others rent them and say its theirs.
